Happy Anniversary, Magnus! I'm a huge Magnus-Fan and it's amazing, how fast time runs, nearly as fast as Magnus himself. Thank you very much for your beautiful dedication of love to your hound! Our next dog will be a greyhound, too. Greetings from Bavaria!
Thanks for all the great Magnus videos. nice mash up. we met someone at a brewery / seafood boil / fundraiser for a local animal shelter. they had their greyhound with them. we started talking and youtube videos came up and they were describing an account about a grey hound in Scotland. i asked them if the dogs name was Magnus and they said yes. we are in New Orleans LA. thought it was nice that we both have hounds and just randomly found out we were both fans of yours.
I love Magnus too!!! We had two racing greys, Mikey and May Fly, who have since gone to the Rainbow Bridge. Now, we have two galgos, Coree and Billy and we couldn't love them more. Coree was found on a highway and Billy was cut down from a tree. They are two of the most grateful creatures alive. I wish they would live forever. I almost thought that Magnus wasn't here, but so, so glad that he just got a playmate!!!
I love watching videos of Magnus, I can't wait to get my next greyhound we are planning on moving out of state and wanted to wait to get settled in our new location before getting another greyhound. Life is such a treat with a grey, they are beautiful and amazing dogs. Keep the videos coming and updates with Scout.
He is such a pretty. I think I commented a year or so ago when a big heat (hot nights for days) hit sydney and I'd done a full night of staying awake and bravely drinking beer, and watching Magnus (among other things) to keep entertained. That was the one where people hung their dog shit collection bags on bushes. I've watched many Magnus videos since but now is the time to refresh. Here, the bush fires came and went but the summer was a lot cooler than last year so, in Sydney city it was more pleasant. What a bloody mess we are all making of the climate and the way we live. Anyway, thank the world for the likes of Magnus. And thanks for the great videos. Take care
Lots of love to the beautiful handsome Magnus , and special get well wishes to his lady "Scout"- you guys have given an Oasis of calm and happiness to everyone at this unsettling time . Stay safe and happy xxxx
Congratulations on 3 years of Magnus! Your videos are great education for potential adopters. We lost out 10 year old greyhound, Bam Bam, about year ago. Started watching Magnus videos and tempted to go to Scotland to adopt again! We just adopted Avery, our 2 year old greyhound, from our local greyhound rescue (Greyhound Friends) which just opened for adoptions a couple of months ago. Many thanks for your videos.
I am really impressed and inspired by Magnus's well-trained behavior - especially when you arrive home and also when in the kitchen/meal-time. Do any of your videos go into detail about your training methods and advice?
Not really covered much about training, as we were too busy doing it to film at same time. We will be focusing on Scout's training once here leg heals and going to some classes once life returns to normal so we will be sure to film the training.
Only advice I can give is patience and repetion. It helps that both our dogs are obsessed with food which help getting their attention at the early stages of training. We start using food as the reward then switch to praise and rubs as we progress
Super videos. We've had two galgos & now share home with Daisy, retired racer from Northants Greyhound Rescue.. Delighted to be able to see Magnus enjoying life. Thanks so much for sharing him.
A well travelled dog! Our last girl's poshest place was the Pomme D'Or Hotel in Jersey, we asked if dogs were allowed, they said yes but don't think they expected a large one! She had a bit of trouble getting in thru the revolving door, but enjoyed her griddled chicken! She also liked looking for squirrels in the park grounds of Edinburgh Castle. 😋
Greyhounds are so addictive! Have two, Tessy and Claire, at home and on our sides 24/7 now, yet here I am, watching videos about other greys 😅 Magnus is a great dog and these videos really convinced us that getting a greyhound would be the right choice for us. Bringing home a second one was even better!
Cheers me up seeing Magnus...his great..I'm.getting my first retired greyhound tommorow...these videos have given me so.information..I'm truly inspired by them.
@@magnusgreyhound Hello..Bell has settled in well..brilliant indoors..clean, sleeps well, eats well...just gets the chasing instinct back when shes on the lead, if she sees other dogs chasing balls or children playing football, early days..but it's going really well..greyhounds are so adorable...thankyou for your reply
Love you, Magnus. And such a handsome lad. Keep Well. Be Safe. Hi to Scout. Is your leg mending properly? Hi to Mom and Dad. Everyone stay well and be safe! Stay at home order starts here in Ohio in an hour. Best to all, Virginia J Denney

@@magnusgreyhound Yes, at least greyhounds like their beds & don't need that much exercise.
