- This one brings me back so much childhood memories, as I was a big fan of dinosaurs!
It was created for the final challenge of "School of Chocolate" (Netflix), I love the energy captured in the fish about to be eaten.

netflix - school of chocolate
Yes!! He has one series on Netflix. “School of Chocolate”. I watched all episodes in one day. It doesn’t show him creating the pieces, but he teaches other pastry chefs his techniques, and they compete for the grand prize. I loved that he never sent anyone home. He scores them on their work, and the final score determines the winner. U should watch it!
The word amazing is used way to often but absolutely necessary here. This chef is a genius, a chef and in my opinion an artist first. Simply brilliant.
