despite the scientific inaccuracies, the Jurassic Park T. rex is a masterpiece of design, and your sculp managed to represent just how awesome it really is. incredible work!

@@themythicwaffle well, the JP tyrannosaurus has a lot of anatomic issues, like the head, arms, etc
So for it to be accurate, basically needs a complete redesing

Celebration for the new Jurassic world movie, I wanted to rewatch this video. These are one of my favorite clay sculpture videos to be honest. So satisfying to see the work done. Great work on doing it all, I hope to do the same in the future!

Okay. I was impressed with the patience of patterning Sub-Zero's armor.
The leathery texture and folds and simulating the underlying bone structure of one of the most iconic movie creatures? You totally outdid yourself on this one if you ask me!
Also this kind of opens the door to some Monster Hunter inspired sculptures. They've got tons of monsters to choose from: dinosaurs to birds, dragons, crabs, sharkfrogs, even bugs and apes.
Out of all of them, I'd suggest looking into Kushala Daora. It's a dragon with steel skin. You get to flex those detail muscles like you did here, and I'd be curious to see how the paint job turns out if you decide to use metallics.

I stared sculpting around a year ago. I just bought some colored bakeable clay and just started sculpting. You should try it. I’m much better now.
Try to learn a 3D programm, e. g. Blender, and buy a 3D printer.

One thing I would change about it is to make the base look more interesting. An idea is to make it look like the ground it would walk on. Glued sand and micro foliage would add a lot to the base. But the model itself is awesome, particularly the way it looks like actual leathery skin. Nice work.

You've inspired me to get into clay sculpting. I'm a 3D modeler and I have worked in digital sculpting programs like Zbrush but never worked with the real physical medium, but after seeing your work I'm going to have to give it a go now
