It's 5:17 AM now, my days are getting worse, I'm stressed and I'm tired mentally almost everyday that I get headaches all the time. Thank you for the ASMR, ASMR videos always helps me to enjoy my sleep, I keep getting nightmares if I sleep without ASMR.
Yeesh. I know the feeling. I've had insomnia on and off for a good few years and nothing creates more stress than lack of sleep. There's a whole bunch of things you can try to get to sleep easier if you Google around a bit. One a friend of mine swears by is taking a hot bath right before bed because your core temperature drops when you get out which can make you drowsy. There's also the classic eat a huge thanksgiving/Christmas dinner, but that seems a desperate attempt for a daily solution. Hopefully you get destressed and find a way to getba proper sleep pattern soon.
At this point I’m convinced Lizi is actually a medical student outside of TH-cam, because the quality, knowledge and how genuine she seems doing medical style RPs is unmatched! 🥺 that, or she really does her research, which is amazing! Lizi is top tier ❤️❤️❤️
@@Neel88 She has other medical RPs too though. Just as a very legit feel to it but in a much more calming way than the real deal. 😂 she’s just great at making it feel real ☺️

Everything sounds high quality with highly great tingly sounds on most triggers,My favorite part is following the light while covering one on each eye along with the lung check and tapping sounds near the end.It’s absolutely the best sound I ever heard!😍🔥

I love her videos. But I doubt she studies medicine. An otoscope is just for the ears. What she should have used for the eyes is an ophthalmoscope.
