I think I accidentally showed you an OP07 Lucci list at the end, my bad I’m so busy moving houses & prepping for this regional 🥲 here’s a good OP08 list: onepiecetopdecks.com/deck-list/japanese-op08-two-legends-decks/deckgen/?dn=Black%20Rob%20Lucci&date=6/30/2024&cn=JP&au=Yoshi&pl=Top-8&tn=Kobe%20CS(9-2)&hs=Bandai(1400)&dg=1nOP07-079a2nOP02-114a1nST06-010a3nOP02-106a2nOP03-080a4nOP03-081a4nOP03-086a2nOP05-091a4nOP05-093a4nOP06-086a2nEB01-043a2nEB01-046a1nOP07-118a4nOP08-084a3nOP08-091a2nOP02-117a2nOP03-097a4nOP03-098a4nOP07-096&cs=248
This tournament is interesting IMO because I’ve now watched the whole things (top 4 & finals coming out next couple days), but I will admit I prefer op07 format & am curious on op09
It’s so cool to see bling on stream LOL but im not sure how pricing is for a resident in Japan, I just know it from converting to USD (which is not a good method)
Some places are more lax about it than others, but in most cards games I’ve played you have to have sleeves that don’t see the back of the card. It’s in order to prevent cheating with marked cards (I think it’s that way in OP)
@@atrocioustcg agreed. I presumed , I also considered it might be the light over the stage, but I also thought because it was an official Bandai supported thing it would be more strict
@@senpaikizaru9123 Japan might also have a different ruleset than the West since they have a sort of different tournament structure, so that could play into it. It might honestly just depend on HOW see through they are
@@atrocioustcg makes sense. Both players cards are clearly sleeved , but player on the rights “black”serves were transparent essentially , but like it served it’s function , soo. It’s a weird thing lol
Thank you!!! Glad I got a day off work today & I was able to get this in 😂 I’m going to record the rest of this event & finish prepping for the store regional this weekend!!

Congratulations on the commentating spot for the regional!
THANK YOU SO MUCH
Katakuri actually cant target jack by itself since he becomes an 11 cost. Very cool
OH I COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT THAT!!! I forget that Jack’s +4 is always active, not just on the players’ turn. Raigo was for sure a good play then
Jake with the blessings.
Not really a fan of this meta.
However still some dope matches. Really looking forward to how the OP09 landscape turns out.

Bro I wish the card market in the West was as good as the Asian/Eastern market. These guys cards are swagged out !

@@atrocioustcg a lot of their cards actually cost more.
Anyone knows what are the two types of sleeves the Enel player is using?
Honestly just looks like regular black matte dragonshield sleeves with clear matte dragonshield oversleeves
Curious , the judges at my regionals gripped about being able to see the back of my cards even after being sleeved .
Is it not a thing anymore ?

at 7:13 did Lucci swing to life or to Enel character? He just did it to trash more cards? Because the Enel player did not counter that 5K swing.
He didn’t want to give him a free draw and let him cycle for free when attacking into Enel next turn.
Ay let’s go happy 4th if you’re in the states I was waiting for the next match from this tournament

Starve enel is such a trap imo, you cant out starve a deck with gecko every turn. 7C Enel and rushing is much more effective
Why are their cards curved so much?
A combo of shuffling & the humidity warping the cards, it’s a pretty common thing you see
To be fair all their cards are half the price as Western
Ain't this op08 lucci, that rob lucci 7 cost is op08, right?
The 7 cost is OP08 Jack, if we’re talking about the same card
The Enel list at the end has to many cards…
I counted 50+ leader
I’m a hater on enel
I can’t say that I blame you, I dislike playing against most yellow decks. But that’s a personal problem for me
It bothers me so much how warped the Lucci player's cards are..
You should not see my regular local decks…. D:
