The three main functions in trigonometry are Sine, Cosine and Tangent.
They are just the length of one side divided by another, For a right triangle with an angle θ

The explanation is - some = sin, people = perpendicular, have=Hypotenuse, like wise curly = cos = base/Hypotenuse.. But according to this video the sentence is changed.. Dont get confused here I'll explain Base = Adjacent, Perpendicular = Opposite, Hypotenuse, ya u got it ✌️😂

are this functions for "only" the triangle "rectangle"???
+taha anouar, yes the trigonometric functions are almost always used with Right Triangles. They can also be applied in Rectangles if they are split into two using a diagonal. In that case, we get 2 right triangles, and then these functions can be applied there.

The difference is we were tought adjecent as Base and opposite as Perpendicular....

After completing my school maths class I was so stressed that I am not able to understand trigonometry , thank you don't memorise for helping and making me understand trigonometry in less than ten minutes ☺️☺️☺️
