- Inspired by many other talented artists (Khamydrian♪ especially!), I decided to write up some lyrics to the BIGGEST hit of 2021 - Deltarune Chapter 2's secret boss theme, BIG SHOT! It was a little weird, not using my usual editing program (RIP Windows Movie Maker, you will be missed) to make this - hence why my usual intro is missing - but honestly, I'm kind of digging the change!

other lyrical adaptations perfectly get spamton's chaotic and bizarre nature, but this one really hits the sadness of his character. the lyrics in the freedom motif combined with the sombre vocals hit the tone PERFECTLY. this surpassed my expectations, amazing job!
I totally agree,the Freedom part(middle of the song world revolving motif) is the best out of all the Lyrical Adaptations I've seen for BIG SHOT.

I think my only complainment is the Voice, i imagine if Juno singed this one and gaved him alot of Add spam voice

It hits harder than a frying pan aimed at NEO.
I doubt Kris is actually trying to get rid of us though. They took us out of themselves 3 times now and voluntarily put us back in too. I feel there is something bigger (which doesnt have to necessarily be evil because a lot of ppl just assume that)
@@theburningpidgeot6945 They are still trying to do their own thing, though. The ending of chapter 2 proves that, they WILL open that fountain, no matter what you do.
However, the one choice they do make is preceded by one of ours, aka to do snowgrave or not, which is arguably more important. We choose the "route", even if they are the one paving the path.
This adaptation is highly underrated. Alot of other singers seem to want to turn Spamton into a discount Jevil and prioritize the idea of insanity with Spamton, and I feel like that wastes potential. Most versions tell me that Spamton is crazy, but this version tells me that this guy was a nobody who sacrificed his agency for fame and drove himself nuts seeing the grand scheme of something bigger than himself. I love it. And here's a like. Great job. 👍
The World Revolving motif (0:55) gave me chills as I can sort of relate to it...

This far and away the best lyrical big shot I've heard. Ever. The lyrics are perfect, and they fit together perfectly as well, and the character you gave to spamton, as well as the voice is all perfect. I tried looking for it on spotify, sadly it isn't there. But this was seriously great
This is close second for me, as I like the chaoticness of khamydrian’s rendition more but this is like pretty good in its somber nature
Khamydrians was really good as well, due to the chaos. But I like the lyrics, and emotion displayed through this one, but they're both amazing!
You have a great voice, plus the 1:08~1:22 section really had me smiling ^_^

@@frostcyclone1842 Sometimes just listening to the song and writing down what it makes you think of is a good first step to creating lyrics! Or, if there's a specific phrase that pops into your head at a certain point of the song, you could start there and work your way either forward (going to the end) or backward (going to the beginning). ^^

The voice used here perfectly captures Spamton's secret sadness, reminds us that despite the fact he's funny and entertaining and intimidating, he's still insane and depressed, massive well done!
That addition at the end "can anyone hear me?" Was creepy! Loved it

While other big shot productions have better presentation, I gotta give you the award in terms of lyrical interpretation. That there was awesome
0:58 to 1:20 specifically resonated the most
from the most lore-accurate lyrics, to lyric spam, to interrupting you own lyrics;
you may not have the best spamton voice or audio design,

I've heard different lyrical versions of big shot, some I liked and some I don't like, and only one that I'd prefer if it's mashuped with a remix. Now this lyrical version... I like it, it's very creative, giving spamton the drive and motive to steal the soul to get to [[H E A V E N]] and the ultimate disappointment he feels at the end of both the Snowgrave and Pacifist routes of now making it
This is the first video I have seen of yours and the lyrics you put in the middle section with the long notes are some of the most perfect, in-character lyrics I have ever heard for Spampton, and the singing was great as well. Fantastic Job!

this feels way more chilled out. i really like it. it's like a prebattle speech. great work. the lyric writing is fucking phenomenal. i get chills when the freedom theme plays just about every time

The fact that you repeated some words to follow the tempo of the song and you put random lines that don't rhyme would suck in any regular song, but we are talking about a corrupted person so it's fine and well done

Okay, this is AMAZING!
First of all, the lyrics are masterfully written. Everything flows so nicely and every verse carries significant weight and meaning. That call for help at the end was really impactful as well. And that’s without mentioning your voice, your singing is absolutely beautiful!

Definitely a great lyrical adaptation! I'm going to subscribe and keep an eye out for more of your stuff. Also id highly recommend maybe trying to use artwork or maybe learn how to use voice modification as those can really enhance a character or just add that last polish to make then shine!

A little of both? I didn't have a specific route in mind while writing the lyrics - only just the general character of Spamton.
