It was actually sad that they did not continue FFXV. Despite its flaws, I still loved this game. And I believe there were two more episodes after Ardyn. Episode Aranea and Episode Noctis. And in those two episodes, the turning point of the FFXV story begins. I also recall reading somewhere, a novel. Where Noctis travels with Aranea, Lunafreya and Ardyn to kill Bahamut. The lore with Eos, the true intention of Bahamut. Luna's dark side, etc.
all about FF XV is forcing people to do something in the name of "fate".. just look at the MC, normal MC have plot armor, but here he forced to choose to die to end that person who forced to become the villain.

According to the expanded material, Bahamut was intended to be a surprise “true” final boss that you’d have to team up with the other Astrals to face. However, that last bit of planned DLC never came to be, so this battle and the Dawn of the Future novelization will have to do.
Here is another good question. Where the hell are Odin and Alexander? We need our three musketeers of typeless damage, and we are kinda missing two thirds of the party.
I like how, aside from Alexander, Odin, and Ifrit, practically all of big name summons are here for this battle. It's the kind of grandeur I expect from a battle with a being of Bahamut's caliber. These titanic creatures, capable of shaping the world with but a motion, and yet even they give respect to the lord of dragons.
Darkeater Midir is the most closest dragon that move like Bahamut. It also has a move like Megaflare (but more like Energy Ray from Valefor FFX) that so badass. Unlike this FFXV Bahamut, no hype at all. Really a letdown for hardcore fans.
Ok.. so do I have the story straight?: The protagonist Glaive kicks Bahamut's ass to prove to him that humanity is worthy, and this convinces him to pluck their savior out of his nap and allow him to save them? Cool story bro.
That's not fully correct: In the Kingsglaive movie, many members of the Kingsglaive betrayed Regis and effectivly made this entire mess. Noctis (at this point in time) is gaining the Crystall's power, until he is ready to bring light back to the world. Bahamut fights the Glaives because he wants to see if they are strong enough to redeem themselves after what they did in the movie

Duke nukem also came out after dev hell...That doesn't make it a good. Even with the nickle and dimeing even if you had all the extra story bits dlc movie yada yada for a reasonable price it would still be terrible.
I don't remember where I read/heard it but they said the main game's story was told from Noct's perspective. So since he was inside the crystal during those 10 years, the events happening around Eos at that time weren't shown. It kinda makes sense when you think of it that way, if I am going to give my opinion. Comrades was their way to show that part of the story using a different character's perspective.

MIDAS I played this game. it's a ok game needs alot of work. it's way to easy of a game. the story line makes little sense. didn't like how they used the summons, could have been better. wish they had a arena where you could battle enemies like they had in ff7. what they got in this game is saddening. it's basically betting on which monster will win. f,n boring. but you got to do it to get the flying car. I'm sorry if I wanted to bet on which monster would win, I'll go bet on dog fighting which I don't agree with. I gave ff15 a 6 out of 10 rating. ff7 remake better be good. and they better not put any bs dlc in it. everything better be included. or I won't bother even paying for it.

Have you ever seen effort, or love put into a video game? Clearly not, one thing that is paramountly clear in this game is artist/ producers glory hungry for making their name. What they got was conflicted ideas with a sparse, non grit story line which feels completely faked. Characters are ripe personifications of world mental health delinquents. Prompto? what pussy ass character was that, self doubting every second and sucking noctis off. Hell, see how many summons/spells theyre are? Its an empty husk, and you fell for the bait. You probably fall for A LOT OF BAIT.
Square enix is on to something epic. A full on multiplayer co op. Final fantasy based Story mode. Make dissidia like this and you have the greatest game of all time
So Bahamut basicly just does two or three slow attacks, doesn't react to hits at all and just falls on his kness every 10-15% HP? Why does the team have so many problems with making bossfights, the main game had the same problems. Damage sponges that just do what they feel like are not really fun to fight.

This expansion is the best DLC yet for FFXV and is one of the best parts of the game itself. Very fun and addicting and it's nice to see all those other characters come back and get some spotlight for once.

The best version if megaflare would probably be best shown when he and the other astrals destroy the barrier. Other than that, in game there isn’t much else, but it is noting that his version of megaflare can eliminate all life on the planet so he is purposefully holding back his true powers.
Wow, I'm actually not impressed and I'm happy about that. I don't just look at graphics anymore, I look for actual sound logic in mechanics, and profound, systems that are functional and require strategy, luckily, there never was any in this to begin with, so frankly I'm quite happy, and satisfied! Also, I don't know what the astrals are there for. Just have Bahamut, his presence alone is bad ass enough.

Its never a good sign when the boss you're battling just stands there. That means... After you're tired, he's gonna kill you with one hit.

There is a true form version of this fight that is actually well designed. It's about the only good boss though, alongside Ifrit.

Final fantasy X and Type-0 probably has the best summon systems out of all the others.
While in ffxii, bahamut is not a dragon or summon, but a final stage of story, sad :(

Combat is not hard, just mashing, needs an actual combat system like a Platinum game

The best version if megaflare would probably be best shown when he and the other astrals destroy the barrier. Other than that, in game there isn’t much else, but it is noting that his version of megaflare can eliminate all life on the planet so he is purposefully holding back his true powers.

Wow, I'm actually not impressed and I'm happy about that. I don't just look at graphics anymore, I look for actual sound logic in mechanics, and profound, systems that are functional and require strategy, luckily, there never was any in this to begin with, so frankly I'm quite happy, and satisfied!
Also, I don't know what the astrals are there for. Just have Bahamut, his presence alone is bad ass enough.
