Great video. Before I had two bubbles now I have five.
You made me lol 🤣
only 5? bro i cant even count off of the ones i have now ☠
@@berserkenjoyer874💀
@@AluCat_VladIII update: after i posted that comment i replaced the screen like two days later. The old protector cracked when i was trying to reapply it for the 2nd time 💀
Before that i have three, now i have ten.
How to fit a screen protector:
1. Clean your phone's screen with the equipment provided
2. Align screen protector over your phone's screen
3. Remove any air bubbles by ripping the screen protector off the phone scrunching it up and THROW IT AT THE WALL!
4. Start drinking
5. Get in your car
@@hugocorreia8039
6- get mad
7- Go into a building while still being in your car
8. Next get a new protector from a shop
9. And apply it and be happy

Step 10: Repeat
ngl, I was skeptical about the vegetable oil method, but it ended up working like a charm!
Thanks!
I had a small bubble on the top right corner of my new glass screen protector. I was extremely skeptical of using vegetable oil but it actually worked. I used a piece of paper towel and dabbed it in the vegetable oil then pressed it on the outter edge near the bubble and it fixed the issue.
Hey! So I have a pretty large bubble at the top left and I have lifted it up and it won’t come out… I am to scared to take it off lol. Any suggestions?
@helius thank you! I was scared to test after watching! Now I can fix the annoying bubble in the top corners!
me too i was have a bubble on the edges, I used vegetable oil and it worked 👍
@@eliontopyeah I think it's one of those bots commenting
It works
the oil protip is what I came here for - it worked :D great tip, many thanks
Not gonna lie this is exactly what I not wanted to hear
Same
Right 😂 all that just to put a screen protector on perfectly. I can deal with a few bubbles
Thanks for the amazing advice
Tried one with oil, works like a charm tysm❤
that oil method totally worked for me!!!!
The oil thng actually worked!! well wishes to you ❤
Wow it really worked. Thank you for this tip.
There is a little scratch on my screen protector that my cat did and air bubble keeps forming up there and no matter what I do it won’t go away? Is there a way to fix this or do I have to replace the screen protector?
Nice! The oil thing worked for me too!! Was tempted to redo the protector but I wanted to fix the current one, so that I would have a spare one.
the oil method worked on the bubble beside the tempered glass, thanks
the reason why you get more airbubbles trying to readjust it again is due to more dirt going on the sticky part, making the surface more uneven, which is why it introduces more air bubbles. so if you can't get it right the first try, give up and throw it away. just like me 💀
That’s what I noticed. When you lift it off, just throw it away. Only works good one time
Next time get a professional screen repairer to put it on...
@@DaOldSchoolRapLova96same
the damned employee at the phone store couldnt figure out how to put it herself so she did what she could and now there are a dozen bubbles on it. shes awful at it and should be given proper training lol
@@lucy4666 Bad news. In those shops they are normally professional. I have seen them do a great job.
Should tell Manager so he can replace it for you.
Omg this actually workedddd. I didn’t remove mine all the way tho and I used a credit card to swipe vertically down the phone to make sure any new air bubbles got pressed out
I have a few specks of dust and I’m not really annoyed by them but there’s this big one on the top left corner that’s really getting on my nerves and I’m trying to get rid of it
Rubbing alcohol on the screen to destroy the oleophobic coating? What a terrific tip for people to ruin their screens
Brilliant, what a difference the humidity made and furthermore the veg oil!
Will the cooking oil damage my iphone oleophobic coating
The oil worked!!! Thank you so much!!!!❤ I had sooo many but now they are gone🎉
Tnx. It worked
this made them bigger tysm
i had to replace it i had a large bubble on my camera in the top left corner and it's been there for a while :(
There are many small air bubbles on my screen protector. This is because I had to remove a small piece of hair... Now there air bubbles aren't leaving, what should I do?
Thank u so so so much
Thank you. Before I have 1 small air bubble, now I got 1 big air bubble
The last solution of oil for removing bubbles around the edges worked. Thanks!
Same
worked with olive oil :) great advice!
I'ma try it
I’ll have to try it
I put a new screen protector on and there were like 6 tiny bubbles and I was so mad because I thought I ruined it but by the next day they had all disappeared 😱 I came to get the answer as to how it could've done that on its own, did they slowly travel across and out the side???
Adhesive slowly took them ouy
The last method with vegetable oil worked for me thank you ❤️😀
Great,i camt put the screen protector back on,thanks alot this really helped 😊
Can normal oil work
My husband was a textile graduate and he said paper towels have tiny metal fiber type objects in them to give them strength and will scratch your glasses if you're cleaning them so it may do the same to the screen protector I don't know. I haven't done it to know whether it scratches or not but beware.
Bro I stated tweaking but the oil part saved me thx
This helped so much
I fell asleep watching this video last night...
Thank you, oil did the trick ❤
Don’t be greedy. I had like 1 tiny bubble at the top right corner of my screen. Now I got like a group and I can’t get rid of it.
I used italian extra virgin olive on the edges and it worked for me. Phone smells nice too now.
great! scratched the protector tho
No matter what you do you'll still see a few bubbles..I just throw away the whole protector 😆
big ones :( stupid thing
Get another one and take it to a phone screen repairer. They do it fast and no bubbles.
Used olive oil. Worked great. 👍
Vegetable oil? Seriously? And it worked!!! Thanks!
That just made more bubbles on my screen protector
Thanks! I had 4 air bubbles now I have 13! :D
Y'all are lucky my air bubbles make my phone look like it has a disease
Worked good for me still some small ones here and there but much better
You could use q tips and alcohol for it top
InMy case the bubble is slightly inside the edge will it still work
Mine was slightly inside the edge maybe a millimeter in and a couple millimeters wide, spanning an inch along the length. I was skeptical but the oil trick worked like magic, I think even though it was a line-shaped bubble it ejected any particles stuck to the adhesive surface of the protector.
great video, before i have only at edges but now the whole screen 💀
thnaks
Thanks, now my screen protector's new home is in the trash
thanks. i had 2 bubbles on my screen protector and after this video i have 20 bubbles and a crack
It’s worked fine for me
Tried it now I have a bigger bubble and a cracked piece thank u
Good. Air bubble is removed with cotton swap dipped in vegetable oil and then air bubble is removed with credit card . Thank you
Dude that worked thank you
Don't use oil or ani oil for your screen it willl damage it and make your screen ghost touch
Thx so much this actusslly worked for the annoying side bubbles I had on my new iphone
Bro this is so satisfying
Nein
had a small bubble had the top left, now my entire screen is filled with bubbles
I have a screen protector on my galaxy z flip 3 so there's this giant air bubble in the middle and it's not possible to remove it cuz that's where the hinge is :(
Lmao I literally just replaced mine. The Super Shieldz brand on Amazon is good it has a lifetime warranty and even if there are bubbles they'll be gone 1 day after installation 🤯
@@OoMASEoO omg cool ty
Olive oil worked like magic.
Does the application of oil solve the problem or does it damp it temporarily?
Physically speaking it does not remove it, but it can solve the problem since it just bothers you when you look the screen
I used cooking oil, and it worked!
me too
It's crazy how the oil tip works lol
Thank you so much! God bless ❤
Shit never works, I'm done with screen protectors. Just don't drop or bumb your phone into something, it's that simple.
Can you make another one but this time do it on a phone case.
I had one 2 large. Now I have 5 small
Most definitely do not do this
me too i was have a bubble on the edges, I used vegetable oil and it worked 👍
Works great for a week but its not such a bad habit to get into I've done this five times and I've had my phone for 2 weeks
Before this video I have only 2-3 bubbles and zero cracs but after this video 9 bubbles and 3 cracks
How did this work
for me, i m just using tonight a credit/debit card, worked, no more bubbles. (ONN glass screen protector) cheap too,and it worked, no more bubbles, even without oil. good night. adios.
the vegetable oil didnt work for me; made it bigger
It worked
Not working
Oil worked like a charm. Messy though.
Does it really have to be vegetable oil? I only have coconut oil here🥲
Nothing worked
Yeah fuckin right lmfao 😂
The huge bubble disappeared after oil was applied... After lots and lots of pressing still got a small bubble. Looks better though. So oil helps.
It seemed like the oil went under the screen protector into the bubble and disappated the air. All the oil on the edge of the screen protector vanished. So maybe it is under it.
Not good if oil is trapped there as it could wreck the phone screen?
Fix one problem and get another one.
Next time ask a professional screen repairer to apply it. They do it in 30 seconds. For amateurs ends up one hour. Or not done at all. Two are supplied because it is known the first try could be a failure...
Rubbing oil on the edge weirdly fix the issue
Nice now i have 20 air bubles
The screen protector isn't sticking on to the screen now😢
I tried but it didn't work so I threw away my entire phone earbuds and all.
Neat
Thanks my screen protector cracked 😡
1:33 that thing is the reason why i cant click things >:0
boi i made it thanxxxxxx
I don't want vegetable oil on my screen
I did it. It looked like the oil went into the air bubble under the screen protector. Looks good but you are right... what will oil do to the screen?
DID NOT WOORK I BROKE MY SCREEN PROTECTOR SO MAD
😢
I got the sticky side of my screen protector dirty using a card to take it off.
Why didn't you clean the card first? Lmao
Never lift screen protector
Why? Does it ruin the protector or the screen?
damn it… I don’t have any vegetable oil!! my dog drank the last bottle :(
Are you mad one mistake I get a slap
I broke my screen protector taking it off :(
oil and credit card successfully removed air bubble, thanks a lot
Ive tried it and now i have broken screen protector, its not worth it , i just bought new one :D
Didn't help in the slightest
don’t know how but the oil hack actually works 👍
When I bought my phone protector, some liquid was in the paggage in those little plastic droppers. I'm surprised now after I found out it's just normal cooking oil that is inside of them
nope didnt work
