    holy cow Dave and Helen, after being out of practice for so long this was a great advance crash course. I especially liked this video perfectly demonstrated how you would always talk about when fluent speaker speaks normally it almost sounds like certain syllables disappear. I have to be careful to catch them :)
    on a positive note, I'm able to follow along completely even if I can't understand every word. That sound based method still works after a long time of no practice. Figured I should mention that haha
