I strongly agree Mrs. Alvarez.. I do not agree sa Divorce because I am going through a very difficult time right now because of sudden Divorce that my husband filed after we planned on moving to the Philippines for good. I am planning to file a complaint
against Mari evil Deocampo because she broke my family apart knowing my husband is a family man. She is also married and has a child with her husband. tne congress should pass a law to save families and to enforce laws punishing adulterers and who cause the separation or divorce amongst couples. I will come home to fight for that bill.

Mahirap mag kahiwalay ang family but it's better to separate ways kung lagi nmang nag aaway for a long time, kids are the first priority no matter how u love ur spouse. I got separated from spouse but kids never saw us fighting...ksi stress sa knila yun. So i think its case to case basis but the divorce is one option.

Let's be real... binabaril na sa Luneta ang mga martyr na babae! Oo Christians tayo, pero why deprive everyone of something (dissolution of marriage) who badly needs it. Let's not be so hypocritical about it. Dissolution of marriage is an ideal option for couples who are no longer happy with the marriage. Why annulment? Annulment of marriage is more ridiculous... annulment is like as if there was no marriage at all!!! What about the children of an annulled marriage? I am not too savvy on annulment laws but the way I understand it literally, it would equate to hundreds of thousands of illegitimate children in the Philippines!!! Besides, not too many couples can afford the expenses for an annulment.
