Actually you should not detonate bombs sooner (unless you know what you're doing). If you let each bomb run out on its own, then they will be synchronized perfectly with the soul splits. I.e. when you get the bomb a few seconds before the split, you can just stay stacked in a group, once the split happens, the bomb disappears. If you detonate earlier, then bomb desynchronizes with split, and afflicted guy will need to run away from the group just before the split, and can get caught in unfavorable spot. Or even worse - bomb can detonate right on the group stacking for split.
You're talking about Pugs, which are freaking elitist irrespective of the game Set up a group of static players and run with them every week and you wont have to worry about elitism ever again
Disagree, Raids are amazing, and if you don't just try to join a group and make them teach you when they're just looking for a quick clear, you'll be fine. Find a group that matches your experience.

This is why I don't do GW2 Raids, this mechanics are for the less than 1% player base.

Q1 is harder then Dhumm....u need more skilled players O_o
q1 is only hard if you need to take care about portals or smthn, its the easiest boss mechanic wise for the dps
