A bunch of the usual litter like cans and glass bottles but some other things like several pairs of shoes: women’s, men’s and children’s styles and sizes. I pulled trash bags full of stuff out of there and never made a dent in it! It was a nice house and area, we don’t know why they would put all that stuff in the woods instead of just throwing it in the trash can.

True story - when I lived in SC I made friends with a very eccentric woman, who hired me and my best friend to dig up her back yard, bit by bit, and wash up anything we found. There were dishes, knick knacks, and even antique vases.
In the late 80s, my best friend's parents bought a land lot to build their house, in a small Greek town. They found an ancient cemetery in the ground. Archaeology department checked it, took what was valuable and gave the OK to build. I still think it was so cool. I still remember a skeleton with the head tilted, the mouth open and its hands on his belly like someone has stabbed him or something.
My yard used to be my family’s dump 105 years before me. So there’s all sorts of things that come to the surface when it rains and wash the dirt away. There’s glass medicine bottles, but mostly screws, marbles, scrap metal, tiles, glass, screws, nails etc sometimes you find something interesting but yeah
#2) I lived most of my life in Johnsburg Illinois. I remember this story. It was crazy how people claimed it was theirs. Ironically I now live in Naperville near the liquor store that was robbed and claimed the money was theirs. Poor dude died 10 days before the judge was going to give him half
In my backyard I can find old remnants of Native Americans that lived in Arizona before America. It’s pretty cool if you think about it considering I found a large portion of pottery that dates God knows how old. Once found what looked like petrified dinosaur eggs
I didn’t find anything in my backyard yet, but when we were renovating the kitchen, we found a turkey leg in the attic. It had been there at least 15 years bc that’s when the previous owner did some reno. I guess the guy working up there thought it would be a good place to leave his lunch 🤦🏼♀️
#10 was my friend's relatives that live 5 miles down the road from me! We dug around the area afterwards in case they missed any bones. We found nothing.
When my boyfriend and I moved into this place about 8 years ago, around 4 months later after we moved in, some cops were chasing this guy, and he was in a van, jumped the curb into the field next to us, and took off on foot. The police apprehended his wife or gf, and the dude was gone. Then like 3 years later, my bf was weed-eating the yard, and came across a loaded pistol! It had a round ready to go in the chamber. We assumed the dude who took off behind our house ditched his gun in our backyard. It was totally crazy!
Time to sit back and watch!
