This is one thing I really wanted someone to talk about, talking to the real world women leadership. Really thankful that you are going in this direction and influencing so many women like me who have same mindset and struggles, but no one to talk about. Keep Influencing Masoom ❤

As a Psychiatrist, this intelligent & empathetic conversation is something I wish more women listen to. Mental Health of women is such a neglected area even today in 2025. We need more such conversation about mind, money & motherhood by women, for women.

This interview shows why more female leaders are needed in every workplace and even in government. Females like you both, emphatic, passionate and so good at managing 'n' number if things at the same time. It was really insightful.Waiting for more of these interviews!

It's a sadly true. I was under the major delusion until I faced such biasness myself. I was selected by ICFAI University as an assistant professor in law department in dehradun. But I was not given appointment letter because I did not reveal in the interview that I was 4 months pregnant. They cancelled my appointment on the basis of my pregnancy. Now my question is why will a women be not scared to marry and have a family if such things are barrier to her career?

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. It’s disheartening that such biases still exist and create unnecessary barriers for women balancing career and family. Stories like yours highlight the importance of continuing these conversations and pushing for change. Thank you for sharing your experience.

So inspiring conversation. Radhika could you launch a course on how to invest for women with less salary. As a middle class women, I know we were taught household jobs starting from class 5. I want to learn financial management on my own, so I can teach my daughter that also as I will teach cooking and similarly contribute similar in line to next generation of country.
