I'm not quite sure why but when the Rabbi says it I do it. Just the other day I tool off tzitzit katan because I was packing boxes and they were getting in the way. I had the video on in the background and I heard the Rabbi speak about tzitzit katan and I jumped up and put them back on. I can't think of any other Rabbi that has this effect on me.
