In 1978 my father flipped off a cop and was arrested and charged with threatening an officer. They took him to jail right there on the scene. My father had to pay a fine and do community service. Things have definitely changed.

You guys should try where one of you is a person trying to get their license and the passenger is from the Dmv but the driver just breaks a lot of traffic laws making the instructor panics and they get pulled over then start a pursuit
My Grandpa who was a cop when he was off duty would trick people into thinking he wanted to race like revving the engine. He would then immediately turn right or just not take off and the other person would floor it.
