@@champ9896 this was on a Roleplay server. Most of the people on it are playing as cops. NPC Cops are turned off so ever cop you see is another player playing as cops as realistic as possible. Some are playing as civilians and some are criminals. The plugins for talking and emoting are specially made for fiveM (the RP Servers)
