Been watching Marty for about a year. But you good sir, for some unknown reason.... Have just made it that little bit easier and in somewhat a little easier to understand. You've inspired me to try out my own little licks along the scales I'm playing and I'm really enjoying it. Please keep it all going chap, so glad I found your channel. Loving all the content 👌

Loving your videos mate. Greetings from Åland, bet you don't know where that is 🤘🇦🇽
Did a quick Google 😂 looks lovely! I actually plan on travelling g to Finland next year as part of a wee European trip!
You can combine the licks in this video directly with those from Tony's video "Play these Licks with your open chords" on 26 May 2023.
Yeah! Cool idea!
Can't say enough, but thanks.
It’s probably 18° and it’s a Heat Wave. LOL
For September in the northern Atlantic area it really is...don't think I've felt it like this before, which is either great ....or worrying, depending how you look at it.
Yeah not complaining as July and August sucked! 🌧️
Another great lesson. Hey Tony I was wondering what kind of acoustic guitars do you play? Thanks for these videos
Thanks Derek! I play mostly my Martin 00028 or Hd 35 🥰
Very smooth runs! Great sounding guitar too. Did you get it in Glasgow?
Thank you! I got this one from Reverb online, though I got my HD 35 in Glasgow :)
Genial. Eres un gran maestro. No puedo tocar como tú pero me ayudas a disfrutar de la guitarra con tus clases. Me podrías decir que calibre usas de cuerdas?
Thanks so much man! I use 11’s :)
I knew of the D chord version a C shape 2 frets up. I didn't know it's called D-ish though.
Yeah it’s not exactly a D with the open G string hence “D ish” I believe that is the technical
term in guitar circles
@@GuitarME I also find the F-Sharp-ish is an easy but really cool chord (ala Sandy Denny's song Who Knows Where the Time Goes)
Hi Tony, can I join your lessons obviously pay for them but pick up on them at my own pace pal ? Love your teaching methods and at age 64 always willing to learn
Sure man! Fill out the application in comments and book your call :) speak soon man!
You're the best Bro, always a great attitude, very talented, and just a fun person to listen to. Other than calling a lick a like I can't find anything wrong with you lol 😂 Jk .... Cheers from the USA 🇺🇸
😂😂 Thanks so much man! I really appreciate that!
@@GuitarME Absolutely 💯 👍🏼
