This video was incredible! I applaud you for your patience with this client. I’m still learning how to deal with last minute changes. The final look was amazing!! Did you charge the client anything more for all the changes or do you typically throw those in? I’m only a year into my ballooning journey
I charge extra on the spot as we add colours or accents now, but truly it is up to your judgement! In this case no "extra" needed to be bought, if anything I was saving the white balloons from unstuffing. To he honest 10 years ago we were charging $300 for an arch, 10 centerpieces and 2 columns so coming this far and seeing as the industry evolves I find everyone finds a price range they feel comfortable charging, until you get tired of charging so little 😅. I just say be proud of the work you do. It's your name in the industry. If an order seems small budget and it takes an extra $30 or $50 out of your profit to really MAKE IT then I always say do it. Because no one else does.. so if you do, you WILL get noticed :) cheers

I’m only 2 months into my journey and already I’m in love 🥰 I absolutely love what I do but when it comes to pricing that’s where the difficulty comes in and I’m only doing indoors for now until winter passes since it’s only 16 degrees here in NY currently!! Your tutorials are fabulous! Thanks so much for sharing your technique using balloon clusters. It’s so much easier and tighter than using fishing line. It also eliminates a lot of holes making the garland easier to manipulate and arrange. Do you always double stuff your balloons? If so can you tell me why? Is it for color or does it help in keeping the balloons from popping? Thanks so much for sharing❣️

So adorable. Wondering about time frames..... presumably they can’t be constructed too far in advance due to air loss. Do all of the jobs get done the day prior to the event? Are there instances where the balloons go soft too soon?

i love your videos and the way you explain them , i have tried making garlands but its always hard for me to attach it on the wall , it always stays for a very short time:( also not sure how mny inches to use in a garland ?
I’m still confused on how to attach the clusters together???
I use 160 long or 260 long balloons to connect my clusters.
If doing an event outside should we double stuff the dark colored balloons with the same color and under inflate to help avoid popping?

Hi thank you for this wonderful video. It surely helped a lot on some of my downfalls in the past. But I do have one question why do you double your balloons? Is it to make it stronger for heated and cold outdoor weather or for presentation wasn’t sure! If outdoors is 80 degrees hot humid what balloons do you recommend?

When you make your clusters, do you twist your duplets at the center each time or can you just twist onto any balloon you would like? I hope that makes sense😅

What do you mean when you say double stuffed?
An additional balloon is inserted in the 1st balloon and blown up together. Most people will use a wooden dowel or stick to put the balloon in the other. Also read the description for the color technique of the double stuffed balloons. I hope that helps!

Hey! I have a question I ordered the same balloons! But the qualatex rose shade that come in looks much darker in person 😭 could you have possibly used qualatex “pink” and instead?
She mentions she double stuffs them so I’m assuming she added white inside pink or pink inside white .play around with double stuffing that’s what creates different colours:
