So I grew up Catholic, however, the year I was supposed to be confirmed, my family stopped going to church. It really was pride that the Catholic church was trying to control people. 10 years later, I wanted to go see the Nefarious movie in theaters. I ended up going to my local theater, however, I arrived at the wrong time (which never happens). So I drove to the next nearest theater out of town. It was me and 2 other people in the theater. The couple in the theater got up and left about half way through the movie, leaving me to watch the 2nd half of the movie by myself in the theater. After that movie, I drove back into town and while I was going to go bed, on my recommended TH-cam was videos of near death experiences of people going to hell. Which is weird because I don't remember looking anything like that on TH-cam or anything. Anyways, I was absolutely terrified and went through a conversion process. I reached out to my local Catholic Church and the priest met me to speak with me and do confession. Fast forward 3 months, I got confirmed (Saint Michael the archangel is my confirmation Saint) by that same priest into the church. I met some of my best friends and they feel more like family at my church. Currently I am discerning the priesthood with the Archdioceses of Milwaukee, WI. I have been back with the church for 11 months now and I will say it was the best decision I ever made.
Coming back to the Christ has given me hope, a family, peace, and happiness. I tell people do not make the same mistake that I made, bring Christ back into your life now, do not wait! It all starts when the person realizes they are going down the wrong path and wants to change course. Next that person has to repent and commit to life changes. The devil is always going to say you are too far to be forgiven, that is not true. If Saint Paul the Apostle was forgiven and changes his life, so can you!

People should definitely know how He was treated. Glossing it over doesn’t help anyone realize the pain He suffered for us. Men were sobbing at the movie theater that day, so was I, because WE did that to Him with our sins. Every sin is a thorn on His head, a lash of the whip, a spit to His face, a punch or a pull of His beard. All of it for us miserable sinners and we should SEE it.

Recently I commented to a man who did a short that I viewed on FB:( He mocks Mary but claims to love Jesus! I am like what? I love my friends Mom even just for the fact they raised a nice friend for me to enjoy! Now Jesus is God so mocking Mary is very evil ! They claim Jesus as their lord and savior but mock his mother???
Every so often, when I post about my devotion to our Blessed Mother, I get hateful replies that are so blasphemous I won't repeat. Ppl say how much they love Jesus, but yet the things they say about His Mother are just evil. Since demons hate Our Lady, it makes me wonder if these ppl are being used to spew their hate.

What did Jesus mean when he said no?
When I hear a self-professed Christian express a disdain for Mary, particularly the "she was just a vessel" trope, I ask them if they think of their own mother that way. Fortunately, and to be fair, most of my Protestant friends respect her in their own way and some express genuine interest in the Catholic beliefs in her. I even knew a few Protestant friends in HS who learned the Hail Mary prayer on their own. I think it is good to keep this in mind when dealing with hostile elements.
As you no by now amour of God I'm a so called protestant but listening to you and this great channel I'm learning about Catholic Church and I like very much what I'm hearing 😀 i really do and I'm praying my rosary beads on a daily basis and ohh boy i get so much grace and mercy from mother Mary it's wonderful i really can't explain why I'm just getting so close to her and closer to our precious Lord Jesus ❤️ amen 👏 🙏

Protestants tend to conflate mediation and intercession. They also seem to misunderstand how time works, and that Heaven and the supernatural is outside of time. Once you understand that we in the natural are in a time bubble, but death puts us on the outside of the time bubble, a lot of things start to come into correct focus.

I recently had the "You hate women" discussion with my ex wife. I later explained to my son, "Just because I find some fashion trends in poor taste does not mean that I hate women." As a matter of fact, when I don't like seeing women covered in tattoos and body piercings, it's because I want them to live with dignity.
I have never been the type for this days dressed odf tattooed etc fashion. I wasn't raised that way or grew up in it. Where I grew up a non English country in the 70ies and the 80ies it was very different, like 50ies or 60ies. I don't see any beauty, dignity or anything in the way it is now. Here in the UK women walk around in joggers and short tops, smoke loads screaming and tattoos. All mostly. And everyone in dark colours. Despite been here a long time it's still new. I will never accept it. It's a blessing not to have grown up with that. Even though I get it it's evil I still don't grasp that they can't see how degrading it is.
As well as women and men aren't the same, in many areas. It's just natural.

I am an avid viewer of the Steve Deace Show on Blaze TV and he puts his shows on TH-cam. He wrote The Nefarious Plot which the movie Nefarious is based on. He was an executive producer of the movie. He told of the strange happens on the set. Also he became very sick on two occasions and had to be hospitalized. Anyway, his program is great and as a Christian his outlook on life is from a Biblical World View. He has two gentlemen also on his show. Todd Erzen a Catholic and Aaron McIntire who is a Baptist.

The Passion of Christ is the best movie which drawn me closer to the Catholic faith. I may have been laid astray, but still God keeps accepting me back. Life is difficult, but I never fail to feel his love.

I recall in the seventies when people were first starting to use plastic surgery to improve their appearance. (It had been developed to correct burns and congenital deformities). There were a few voices here and there that said that wasn't an appropriate use of medical technology, that it was vanity and would lead to an expectation that everyone be as beautiful as movie stars. Those voices were ridiculed, ignored and soon forgotten. Now we think we should use surgery to change our bodies any way we wish. (if we can pay for it, of course) Even apart from the question of transgenderism, how did we become comfortable with mutilating the body? I think even the Roman and Greek Pagans would have been horrified by that.
Slight correction or amendment; plastic surgery was mainly developed post WWI to correct terrible, mutilating wounds sustained in battle. Then that application was extended to accident victims and congenital deformities. But I agree with you overall. And the Greek and Roman aesthetic was naturalistic and was reflected in their sculpture. They definitely would be appalled by piercings, splittings, and tattoos.
@@alecfoster4413Yes.. and of course we should be thankful for plastic surgery properly used. I guess I was trying to get at the question of what positions should count as "extreme". If some Christian advocates the death penalty for transgender persons, that's extreme. But when we say we're against mutilating the body, or that 12 year olds shouldn't make irreversible decisions, we're not being extreme at all, only advocating common sense that even pagans or thoughtful atheists could see.

It's very upsetting for me when I hear a lot of so called Christians disrespecting the Mother of Our Lord. To even think that way is from the evil one and its sad that they don't even realize it. I can only pray for them because I know most of the time it comes from ignorance of our Catholic faith. 🙏🏼 I watched earlier a awesome video on TH-cam with Fr. I know that it can be horrifying, scary beyond belief, but I always saw it both ways - from the very beginning. Coming to believe in Him is the greatest gift you can ever receive. My 6yo loves the movie The Passion of The Christ. He hasn't watched the whole movie yet, (me neither because it's too much for me, I mean the suffering of Jesus as shown there) but he would watch some clips and ask me again and again why, why, why? I'd try to explain to the best of my knowledge, and I will not be able to finish explaining any scene without crying, and my son will cry with me. I'm thankful to God that my son is interested in Jesus and shows empathy to His suffering.

Hello Dwayne: The squirrel story reminded me of an incident I once had. With a friend I was investigating a dilapidated nursing home alleged to be haunted. When I got to what I sensed was the heart of the place, I sprinkled some holy water that had been blessed by a Traditionalist Catholic exorcist. Within a minute, my friend came into the room in a near fit of rage and with the intent of voiding his bladder right where I sprinkled the water. When I told him this, he said "I'm sprinkling some of my own!" I then took my camera and photographed him (from the rear) in the act.
The following day I developed the film and printed that frame. I then showed it to him and an acquaintance. He was stunned and couldn't remember a demon possessing him, to use him to defile the holy water. And yet, there was the photo.

I have helped people with deliverance and I am not Catholic.
I would never accept money from them b/c the Bible says --it is the Children's Bread. I always thought that translated to: it is a Christian's right . Since I was not the one who was delivering them, it was a gift from God, I had no right to charge for that. It is not ethical. What is nice...is if they provide tea or coffee prior to deliverance sessions and then prividing a special meal afterward. You have to keep going without any breaks for food and should fast for days before you help someone with delivernace, so it is nice if people offer food and you all eat together in celebration afterwards. Shows respect and gratitude.

I only help Christians and people who are possessed are not Christians so I agree. The Bible says do not sweep a house clean without filling it up after the demons flee otherwise they will bring 7X more back with them and the person will be worse off than before. They must be filled with the Holy Spirit. And know how to defend their own temple against attacks in the future also how the demon attached. Without this knowledge and filling/indwelling the person will not be exorcised or delivered. I do not believe any person that is a Christian can be possessed.I take my example of how Jesus delivered people. He did not wear special cloths or scarves or hold up special incense or relics. Jesus' blood shed is enough. His word is enough. iritating them just prolongs the process imo which is unproductive and can be very dangerous. @@Dienekes678

My mother took me to her women's studies classes at Portland State University when i was a very young girl and even then, i was not attracted to their propoganda. They didn't have husbands anymore, now they had girlfriends! They'd name-call, make fun, say hateful things. I remember thinking "i have a little brother whom i love, Don't you ever talk about boys that way around me" LoL that's ok. They didn't like me much either... Not after i innocently offered some advice to the teacher. I told her that she would never find a man dressed in clothes like that and without shaving those armpits! (I was 8 years old).if i recall correctly, i think there was actual steam coming from her nostrils, ears and mouth! Dohhh!

Mediator and Intercessor(s) are two different things. The Saints and Archangels and Angels intercede for us before the throne of God and Mary sits on that throne, on the left hand of God. Mary's most Immaculate Heart intercedes for us through Jesus' most Sacred Heart who goes to the Eternal Father. I don't understand why they don't understand 🌹✝️🌹

Im a Christian in that i believe Jesus died to save my soul..however i like some of the saints like st. Anthony, Michael, Brigid, ect their stories humanize spirituality for me it shows there can be good humans that i look up to i dont pray to them though
They are powerful intercessors, if you participate in prayer chains or circles and ask other Christians to pray for you why not ask a saint who is hanging out in heaven with Jesus? They have more time to pray than a busy mom…just a thought for you to ponder.
