@0:46 I feel targeted 😭🤣🤣🤣
😆😆😆
Another banger from Connor.
🤘
I had three major breakthroughs that I wish I learned sooner. Wrist angle for proper nose angle/grip, heel rotation(I noticed Calvins vivo shoe almost tearing off to realize it), and elbow drive to hinge the lower arm. These videos you created are seriously underrated if you truly want to see dramatic improvements quickly. Great stuff 🖤
Calvin doesn't wear Vivo. He wears Nike free.
What are some drills and exercises to help implement this form change into my throw??
Hey Connor - great idea but I struggled to figure out the “how to” part. As soon as my brace leg lands, I have this jerk reaction to start rotating my entire torso as you described.
So what’s the actual cue to be able to use the elbow as you intend. Is there a lead up exercise or any step-by-step method?
Distance = fun. Confirmed.
😂 once you go Large, you don’t go back…
@@BlitzDG I want that.
Blitz to me, your tip about stopping the rotation of the upper body once it is perpendicular to your line (stopping the handle of the whip) is a better cue than trying to lead with the elbow. I often rotate (open) my shoulder past the ideal point before I release, which kills the whip. If you stop the rotation of your upper body, I think it kind of forces you to lead with your elbow/allows your arm to whip through.
Some might call it the hot pocket. I know I do.
😂😂😂😂
When I was editing I literally thought about plastering a hot pocket onto that part🤣
