Persona 3 Reload | How Hard is the Reaper Underleveled on Merciless? (92)

Part 92 of my Let's Play of Persona 3 Reload
The answer is pretty hard but not insurmountable. I had intended to get into more detail on how the old version of this fight played out but I was a little preoccupied. I think it's safe to say it would be impossible to win at the equivalent point of the game in FES. Even with grinding it was ridiculously hard and almost demanded stunlock cheese to do. It's pretty clear the reaper and monad block and superboss were not intended for a first playthrough. Whereas in this game they've made all of that pretty accessible.
