- "Live in nature" If you miss nature, I recommend watching this short documentary. It tells the story of an artist who creates wonders with pebbles from riverbanks and roots collected from mountains. Being at peace with nature and integrating with it may be one of humanity's most crucial needs. Greetings to those who achieve this and to everyone who can adopt such a philosophy of life. I shot this short documentary with BMPCC OG, using Zoom H4N for audio recording. I used the Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 Art lens and edited it in DaVinci Resolve. Dehancer was used for color grading.

Black magic need to bring this sensor back in their new cameras for real
I hope he does this. Most of us have also used Blackmagic new generation cameras, but Bmpcc og is indispensable.
@@Iso_800 I crazy I remembered I purchased the old G and for some reason I did nt work I had to send it back bought the. 2.5k and that one gave me the film look, when I ever find a good sale on the OG it going straight in production

Great work! Such rich colors. Was this filmed with natural light only?
Thank you so much. Yes, only natural light.
Thanks, really well done!
so beautiful & beautifully told! (ended up here from the bmpccog group on FB) :)
Welcome :) Thank you very much for watching. By the way, I didn't know we were in the same group. I know the TH-cam channel.
Amazing image and composition, I guess a surprise moment at 01:26! And I especially like how you use environment sound (maybe also some foley?), not all the music.
To me personal at 02:05 the audio feels a bit faster than visual movement?
Overall I like the smooth and calm feelings in this film, subscribed~
Thank you very much for your detailed evaluation. Foley is only present in ambient sound. At 2:05, he was moving the object with the knife in his hand. That's why the sound was heard even when the blade was not moving. I wish I had shot that part in wide angle. It's nice that it didn't go unnoticed.
Such an amazing work!!!!
Thank you so much!

Hi, komshi! I'm from Bulgaria, just bought BMPCC OG. I noticed that all shots on this documentary are static from tripod. Can you recommend me some budget lens that is ok for stable handheld shots and how to shoot stable image with the camera - do I need some rig or gimbal? Thank you for the great videos that you share with us on this channel and the awesome color grading job you make!
Hi, komshi. First of all, thank you for watching. If you do not want to use a gimball and want to shoot handheld, the camera will need some weight. Next week, I will share a video in which I suggest a few practical ways to do this. These are creating weight with the tripod head, obtaining the center of gravity with the monopod, and using a shoulder rest.
The best lenses for handheld shooting are wide angle ones. I can recommend a few affordable lenses. Laova 7.5mm and samyang 10mm. These two lenses are really good.
@@Iso_800 thank you for the recommendation! Can't wait for next weeks video!
