Rubix's round from 3:19 is probably one of the craziest I've ever seen from a beatkiller period. Anyone whos ever said a dancer became the music while dancing was joking before seeing this round
Rubix is going to be a terror to the dancing world with the way he's moving...Le K is becoming a favourite in my books...love his creativity and originality. Enough to beat most dancers...not just Rubix.
Rubix is otherworldly. I love that he payed homage to bouboo's move at 4:26 and threw up the CC sign. Rubix keeps getting better and better, its insane to witness 🔥🔥
I wonder where Le K's inspiration came from. He's one of the most unique dancers but I don't feel people realize exactly how special his style is. I also can't point at his influences. He is a true original. I also like that his style is very groovy and has a lot of swag despite all the beat killing and the fact that it isn't restricted to old school fundamentals.
Yudat! This is something I've observed with most of their dancers. They all are pretty fundamentally strong but everyone has their own style. Not sure what type of training happens in the Yudat camp but anytime you see a dancer that has some sort of affiliation, 2 things are certain: 1 - Strong fundamentals, 2 - Strong sense of personal style
play him a beat at normal speed and his level drops massively. Sam DJing half the events really inflates a lot of these dancers level because he cant stop playing fast music.
@daytona nah, we've seen enough of kantyn dancing to real hip hop beats to say his level is around the same. He does dance really fast, but that's still a newer approach for him. I think the issue will usually be the fluidity in his transitions, and not his level of vocabulary
Le K won the 1st round for me and then rubix won the 2nd and the 3rd. Love you all. I hope to see you keep dancing. I wonder how the dancers are paid though.
This battle was top effing notch. Epic performance from both. My only critique for all these battles is that they need to set the camera angle from the view point of the judges. So much nuance a detail is missed when viewing from behind the dancers.
Rubix is out dancing his entire generation even with the likes of Junior, pakissi, kuty, dykens, Le k. I think we need Joris, evion and Luciano back in the battle scenes. Le K is fast becoming one my fav. Rubix🔥
I respect for both dancers they are truly fighters. They fight for death in their every performance. We as a audience and a fan really appreciate their efforts. I feel like both of them are winners in this competition and not only in this competition but in our heart too. ♥️♥️♥️

theyre very popular tracks in the euro battle scene, ive heard 2 of these at a bunch of different battles, plus these guys whole lives is dance, so they need new music to practice to everyday, and if serpentard drops a hot track, its immediately going into the practice playlist.
most of these tracks are on SoundCloud but there's some tracks which are exclusives only to some djs and events idk how these dancers get access to them is it by buying them ? idk this remains a mystery.
I'll be honest, except for "kefton", "les twin(larry & laurent)", "alex case" & "paradox". I don't see any other dancer hoping to beat Rubix, what I see with Rubin is another level, power, a new king of his generation building himself dangerously for other dancers
Le K needs more power to moves to match up, I love his beatkilling especially in the first round but Rubix is insane with his Power moves. I sensed 20% Diabolo from Rubix in this battle. I don't know if anyone noticed.

i think this is a fair critique and something for the scene to think about. probably half of the smaller events are like this and I'd agree its a problem when serpentard, jk, and ma2t make all the music thats being played. theres plenty of mainstream, underground and oldschool songs that are just as impactful. it almost feels lazy, or like they just want a safe track to play so that the final doesn't completely suck, so they say fuck it and throw on moi by cjms and call it a day.

Only one is rubix and I love him because he takes every challenge and he's humble enough to realize for example that paradox won against him last time they met.. there's no france dancer who can beat paradox or alex thecage (to name another one) without knowing the song and even then paradox (more than anybody imo) and alex manage to dance at insanely high level because they're used to get out of their comfort zone. Go watch the last battle final between alex and rubix and tell me in complete honesty how much of a difference there's when he knows the song or not, or when it's an old school track etc... same would apply to kantin and almost any top tier french dancer. The music is quite similar in these small battles and there are really no slow beats, oldschool tracks or not 120bpm tracks.. SDF of course plays another role in the dance scene of Europe. They want to keep up the hip hop tradition so you are not listen there some songs of Namu, ArabicFlavour, JK or whomever.. They have some beats played in the battle but not that high speeded up tracks like in France. These tracks are overused in France in the last 2-3 years and it needs a change so we see them also dancing to more slow paced songs etc. Hope they realise this.. In the end as a hip hop dancer you need to dance to tracks that you also don’t know! It’s very important. This thing right know is a one way ticket and also a comfort zone thing.. Let’s see🙏🏽
