Kuty & Rubix are just terrors in battles man, this was a dope one. Ukay's 1st round was LIT, I thought he did really well in both rounds. Majid seemed to come alive in the 2nd round and then he finished up super strong in the tiebreaker.

rubix did the laurent drop better than laurent himself holy moly
Not really lol Laurent has exposed a lot of people that try to do it like him many times. Anyone can go high and go down, but can you get back up the same way? Rubix can do death drops like Lau, but I think I've only ever seen him maybe once or twice actually come back up from it. Usually you see him drop to the floor and quickly transition into another move to hide how sloppy his overall execution is. Like in this battle you see Rubix go high and drop down then immediately goes flat on the floor and switches into something else. If Lau did that he would've went down and either went straight back up or did a variation where he twirls while going up without losing control at all.

Yeah i did see him wearing a cast sort of recently, so he's probably still recovering or still really cautious
Did you watch at 3:30? Homie spazzed for like 30 secs, them feet looked just fine
@@professorbird1224 there's definite hesitation before each move, and you could see he wasn't putting as much pressure in his execution. He's probably cleared for dance but it felt like mentally he was just being cautious, he hesitated to get into bigger movement, stayed away from moves that put more pressure on his ankle etc
@@iudexCervello He was injured a bit ago, I’m aware, even on crutches, but he’s been back to teaching and getting down for a bit now. That could also be why he didn’t do any lock in’s, especially to that last beat which was super easy to get lite to. But I’m the music at that time I posted, he definitely worked those feet out a bit

Same happened at the last event they tied . Ukay is clearly having a better day/stylistic matchup vs these two yet Majid takes the tie break? Idk man...

@@Halucidnate watch closely, he hits a lot of the beats with small movements. in difference rubix using a lot of fast movements or powermoves for beat hitting makes it more obvious for every1 to see. both is very difficult
