Genesis 6:6 says God was grieved (angered, vexed).
Exodus 4:14 and the Lord was angry at Moses.
In the New Testament, it says not to grieve (vex, anger) the Holy Spirit with whom we are sealed.

What then is the meaning of this scripture? Ps.7.11 - God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
This is the Psalmist talking without the revelation of God. We know better because of the manifestation of Jesus Christ in the latter rain.
So if David knew any better, he wouldn't put that way and that is why we should make Christ the focal point of our study in the Bible. What ever is not consistent with him is nothing close to the perfect knowledge of God.

Do a simple bible search on your electronic Bible for the phrase "God anger" or "Anger/Angry" and see for yourself how many of them were associated with God.
Even Jesus himself was Angry at some point. Anger in itself is not a sin, but it can lead you to sin. That's why Jesus warns that our anger should not lead us to sin.
See eh, if you love your soul, you should listen to his teachings with caution and weigh everything he says with biblical truth through the help of the Holy Spirit.
