What is Aikido Communication? Aikido philosophy invites the participant to commit fully to each interaction, while neutralizing conflict in the pursuit of mutual peace. It moves beyond the duality of winning and losing.
When we refer to Aikido Communication, we invite participants to reframe a simple interaction to discover how they can pursue mutual positive momentum. It is one way to stay in relationship, and to step outside of one's self in the moment. Not to sacrifice one's self! But to receive the energy being given, to redirect it in a beneficial direction.
