A knife can be used anywhere! It's basically infidelity LOL.
That's why they made gadgets that don't make you cheat on you with your garlic while you are in a commited relationship with onion.
Well not really! I can do most of these stuff just with a blunt knife, it maybe a lil messy but guess what! Not like itll taste anything different and atleast i won't be washing all these shit just cuz I wanna play with toy car while grinding my garlic (heck I can even smack it with my hand and itll do the job)
This comments misses the whole point of many of these devices. Many people with disabilities can't use regular kitchen knives and such safely so to create the same effect faster and safer tools of all kinds have been invented. However to make enough money to stay open (and because it's just smart) they advertise these things to the broader public as well. So yes, these things are very useful - you've just been fortunate enough to live a life with the priveledge of not having to think about their necessity.

Chef's knife is not enough. Chef is also needed. 😝
This things make ur work 3x faster but washing them and drying them before storing it back makes ur work 50x slower.

But if you use it a lot or for more than a few products, they actualy are useful items. That one for cutting watermellon cubes for example save a lot of time and still allows you to cut all pieces equally.
A few of the equipment are small like the watermelon cutter 🍉 so washing them would take lesser time than cutting the whole watermelon with hand.

Wonderful inventions. But where to keep all these materials in kitchen and how to remember which item is for what purpose?and of course how to clean these items , training on that is also required. I think there is no need to keep knife in kitchen.
Pure clutter. Get yourself a couple good knives. No assembly required and no parts to clean.
Where to keep? In the drawers, cupboards or wherever.
Remember which item for what? If you stuggle with it, how do you remember what to use a knife for and not mistake it for a spoon?!
How to clean this items? Sponge, water, soap.
Training required? If you need training, stop using knife, stop being in kitchen, just stop being.
No knife In kitchen? I can not remember for what I use the knife, sometimes I use a fork to cut, sometimes I use a napkin, I wasn't trained either, so most of the time I cut my self instead of my food and with all those things in my kitchen I rented a warehouse to store my knifes.

That big pipe cleaner with a suction cup, to clean glasses. Has been around in restaurants for DECADES... I saw them screwed down. On suction cups and part of a dishwashing sink.

Why not to use regular scissors to cut herbs?
I actually bought one for myself and couple more for friends. It does what it says, but we don't have fresh and crisp herbs all the time. This works only on fresh herbs, and it cuts them so fine, which is not necessary!
