Good job getting them heat bro!Nothing wrong with being fearful of electrical bro, it’s when you get too comfortable with it that’s when you get hurt!! When those 2 pole breakers lose a leg of power like that, it will always show you 120v each leg to ground because its back feeding through the transformer if it’s connected. And 0 volts when you measure leg to leg because it’s the same 120v so it cancels itself out. Keep up the good work 💪🏾!

I just had the same problem about 4 days ago and it turned into a nightmare but tracked it down to the breaker at the main panel, bad breaker.
