Our team of facilitators would kick start the activity with our high energy ice breakers. As the participants get settled they are randomly divided into equal group of small teams . Further the activity is explained to all the participants. Team leaders are invited to collect their material to construct mini golf courses. Teams get equal time to strategise and creatively construct their golf course. As the teams are finished putting golf courses, this is followed by a friendly competition of Golf. This is followed by a de brief interaction. Overall activity duration is 90 to 120 minutes.
