    Hi Lesley! Should you use the bigger loops( the one you use for feet) for the rowing series instead of the smaller loops? Thank you. Great video and the breathe please

      Hi Colly, thank you so much for watching this video. I have since refilmed this exercise because I really prefer handles like you would have on your arm springs. It really makes a massive difference in connecting to your back. That being said I would use the long loops. If your ropes are measured so that the ring of the handle is one inch from the shoulder block then the long loops will be the length to use. If you can snag the handles off your arm springs do it!
