Keshava and I went out today to try the famous Delhi choke Kulche in HSR layout, right next to NIFT college Bengaluru.
Suraj, a native of Delhi, came to Bengaluru with hopes and dreams, and two years ago he decided to start a chole Kulche cart called Sri Balaji Chats.
Chole was very flavourful, as it was cooked with onions, tomatoes, and a variety of spices. Every Indian store carries a special spice blend known as "chole powder/masala." You can also make chole masala powder at home by dry roasting ingredients such as cumin, cloves, coriander, peppercorn, cardamom, and so on.
