im really grateful Joey mentioned psychedelics today. Ive had a large number of heavy dose mushroom trips , DMT , and Salvia Roughly 20 trips in the last 15 years. I used to think mushrooms were the greatest thing since sliced bread and that if everyone had a mushroom trip then the world would know peace. Even though i did gain great insight and my first heavy experience is still the greatest experience of my life so far , i also realized they never improved my life in anyway. I kept having trips thinking THIS TIME im gonna get the answers i need , and regardless of the experience I felt more and more detached from the world. Until my final mushroom trip last year when i got the biggest smack ive ever had and only then did i realize need to do the work for myself. Still an ongoing process but im grateful for Joeys teachings .

Thumbnails are so important. It's the first thing people read and see and thus you can get this incredible information out to more people by creating more descriptive thumbnails for your videos. There's nothing wrong with leveling up your equipment, editing, audio and anything else. Staying the same = slow death
When you are authentic in your motive to learn, you will be excited to find out when you are wrong or ignorant, which will rapidly flatten the learning curve.
For me, I love nice cars. I don’t care to show them to others. My eyes are very picky and I love excellent design. I love looking at them, experiencing them, experiencing the designers intentions, the freedom of driving etc. I really appreciate when different parts of a design work well with other parts and have a symmetry that flows. I love different angles of appearance, lighting etc. I know most people don’t care as much, but that’s ok too. It just shows me that it is ok to desire aesthetics and excellence in design

I clicked this thumbnail because recently I have gotten to the point in my spiritual practice and my journey where I am doing it completely alone because I have evolved past the people that I used to teach, and I’ve evolved past the point my mentors have been as well. It gets to a point where you realize you cannot talk to the majority of people in your environment about the way you perceive reality, and I have a paper on my wall that says life is a game on it. Which is why I clicked this thumbnail when I saw it in my algorithm. I have seen some of your videos before, particularly one of the most impactful was the one in which you helped people to get clear on what it is they really want. That video ended up, helping me to catalyze the next level that I ended up at. I think life is so much simpler than the majority of us allow it to be. It is truly just a mental game, it is truly just mental. it is that simple but in practice it can be challenging. I think if people would hold the intention that the game is knowable, it is playable, it is fun, it is delightful, and that it is meant to be enjoyed… They would be a lot happier. All I can say is that I know my intentions manifest so I make sure I set them every morning. I used to have complex post traumatic stress disorder, and I set the intention that I would heal completely as if it never happened to me and it ended up happening. That was such a big manifestation to me that I realized exactly how malleable reality is, how malleable my experience of my own brain and my body is, how interconnected and interwoven with the unmanifested divine potential surrounding all around me I actually am. in Meditation earlier this morning, I heard the personification of the un manifest, the divine potential telling me, we are just waiting for you to tell us what you want It’s really that simple

I’ve played the game to be right in the past. It made me a huge pain in the ass to people around me. Definitely did not give me what I want. Sometimes something needs to be said though. Sometimes I emphasize.
I'm trying to accomplish financial freedom. Being financially independent. Having my own house, car and being able to afford food, pay bills just doing the daily necessities easily because I come from a poor family where my father couldn't even afford sufficient food n always behind on the bills n it broke my heart being poor 😭
I wanted to get to a place withing myself when what other people do won't affect me..And funny enough learning.I go for jobs where there is a need to create structure and order.It took ages to make peace with the fact that what drives and interest me isn't what most people around me are driven by.I have no interest in outcome.And by learning this about myself I am achieving inner peace.
this is funny bc recently my partner and I exchanged phrases, reactions to blunders, such as "am I stupid?!/are they stupid??!" to "am I learning?/are they learning?!" it always makes us giggle, dissolves any anger, and is a positive reinforcement of what is actually happening when you interact with the world intentionally
This went over my head. Learning? I feel like I have always been interested in learning but this too has seemed to be a way for me to distract myself. What about simple being? I can see how the learning you discuss is different than book learning and could help break me free from specific behavior patterns. I am not clear so listening to this again.
The way i understood this is in relation to managing expectations and setting goals. For example my goal at the moment is to find a husband and start a family. Instead of chasing this as my ultimate goal, I could reframe it as - I want a family because I want to experience unconditional love. And through that experience of unconditional love, I would learn something valuable about myself/unlock my full potential as a human. So instead of approaching dating with the mindset of desperation and lack caused by the obsession with hitting the goal (“is he finally the one? Why is he not texting me? What do i need to do to get him to commit?”), I can do something different. I can focus on all the ways I am already experiencing love in my life, believe that my husband will come to me when I am ready to receive him and approach dating with a fun, “what can I learn about myself here” mindset.
When all doesnt work,or one feel really powerless( even if you gavr the thechinques and why it wont work what to do ecc)can we ask for Divine counsciousness to help,to trust that it will resolve the problem and leave it to it,surrender that God will take care of it?
It sounds like part of you wants to quit. Another part of you doesn't want to quit. As long as the part that doesn't want to quit remains unintegrated, you will have the problem. You need to get all parts of yourself integrated and on board with what you truly want. All parts of you have positive intention. Even the part that doesn't want to quit. It has positive intention, but its strategy to achieve that (not quitting) is not the best strategy. I don't know exactly what its positive intention is, but it is something such as happiness, love, connection, peace, freedom, etc. You can find out by asking it. Just ask the part what is positive intention for you is. It will probably not tell you the high level values right away, but if you keep asking "and what is important about that?" about every response, eventually you will find out. Once you know what its positive intention is, you next need to negotiate with the part to find new and better ways to achieve that. The part wants something positive, but just doesn't yet have access to the knowledge and resources to make effective choices. Very importantly, don't condemn the part. If you negatively judge the part and fight with it, you will make things very difficult. Accept the part completely and know that it has positive intention. Most parts are young children. In every case, they deserve love and respect. You cannot get rid of parts of yourself. Work with them
