    I like to mix meatless meatballs, sautéed red onion, tomato sauce and nutritional yeast. Then I pour it on top of quinoa! Going to try that oatmeal! I always look forward to your vegan meals!

    Ive always had steamed broccoli stems as a snack ever since you mentioned in another video, that broccoli stems are edible. But I never thought of putting them in smoothies. All your recipes in this video are very easy and the best part is, that I have all those ingredient at home😋👍🏻 I am going to try that lunch tomorrow!! Thanks Alyssa for all your great videos💕

      Simply Quinoa We use your "cheese" sauce from your zucchini pasta recipe to make kale chips...we coat the kale with the sauce and dehydrate it in our 9 tray dehydrator and all 9 trays are generally consumed within 24-48 hours! super yummi-ness🌿😋 xo

    I bought this Wild blueberry jam this month and it so good, but didn't though adding it to my peanut butter porridge. I also love ❤️ your smoothie bowl will try it soon I buy some frozen berries. This is the best what I eat in a day idea video. Thanks for sharing.

    Great video. I felt like I could eat your peanut butter oatmeal dish the way you lifted the spoon. I think my mouth even opened. Can that be made with regular oats vs quick cooking?

    Everything looks amazing! I don't know what I ever did before my spiralizer! I love the thought of the zucchini noodles as pho!
    I wish I could drink even more green smoothies...but I find a lot of the raw veggies rough on my tummy, especially raw broccoli. I have to use more gentle veggies in smoothies like spinach, baby kale or mixed greens. Another gorgeous video!

      I'm not sure honestly because you can't really cook cucumber noodles. I'd say you could sub for something like potato, but it would take longer to cook!

      You can definitely use regular peanut butter, and really I'd go with whichever variety you like best. It might be kind of nice with a little saltiness ;)

      It was a recipe I found online. It required flour but I switched it to gluten free flour

    Ugh I can't stand eating sweet food when I'm actually hungry. It's so much easier to make a soup rather than a smoothie imo.

    These recipes look great! However I'm confused about the pho comment. Miso is Japanese, usually containing only was in the pack, pho is Vietnamese made with bone broth and contains none of the same ingredients shown here.
