They don't even consider themselves accountable for this, especially when they prominently featured this in their prospectus. Citing infertile soil as an excuse is simply unacceptable. Given the presence of fully grown palm trees in and around the area (BPTP, Oyster Grande) this is just an excuse. Palm trees can even be managed inside large planters, but they have their own reasons. Add to it, in the amenities list number 14 they have promised a palm garden....
