I could stare at the Limoges tea service set and that Blackberry serving bowl all day long. TY for the chance to accompany you while you unearth amazing treasures. This thrifting trip was truly a feast for the eyes.🌻
That is quite the haul there mister. The thrifting gods were smiling in your favor. So many cool piece. It always makes my heart hurt a bit when a huge collection like that end up at the thrift store. Means someone passed away and their kids didn’t want all that “junk” in mom’s house. Can’t wait for the haul video
WOW That Berry bowl is absolutely gorgeous. Somebody definitely got rid of their pink glass collection. Teapot set is a stunner as well as the 2 cream & sugar sets! You cleaned up on this trip Scooty!
Oh Scott, that hand-painted Limoges teapot, sugar and creamer set are absolutely stunning!! Exactly my style! Just perfection! You really did find some incredible gems on this shopping trip! And don't even get me started on all of the pink Depression glass! Love!
Yes, I wondered about that statue but I was able to find several examples of the same trinket box and I’m happy to say nothing is missing and it was cast exactly the way we see it today. I would imagine that it would’ve been too difficult to cast the statue on top of such a small capital replica.
I think the first clear glass depression plates you picked up were Miss America, not English hobnail. The ray patterns on the bottoms of plates/bowls and the feet on footed pieces are different. That will be a good lesson to teach on differentiating those patterns in clear. Good to have you back in your comfort zone and element. Like you, I was a tri-State picker. I never liked being away from home for days. I just never was a road warrior.
Right! 😊. Miss America has uniform rays in the bottom of the pieces while "English Hobnail" rays have a hexagonal pattern. I’ll have to take a closer look I might have mixed them up. It’s like the Sandwich pattern……so much fun…..is it Imperial or Dunkin Miller or anchor hocking!!!!! Glass is so much fun!
I’m glad I’m sitting down! I feel light headed, giddy! Gobsmacked!!! What a fabulous haul. Oh that Limoges tea set! Swoon!! What a great score on the finger paint paintings! You have a great eye! Love it all! ❤❤
Wow!! What a wonderful day you had and it was fun to join you for thrifting. You always find the most beautiful items and antique finds. The store that touched my heart was the veterans thrift store!! What a wonderful idea and it was packed with quality and very nice items!! I love the painted bowl with berries. So stunning and tea pot and sugar and creamer. Show stopper. So elegant!! Looking forward for show and tell haul. Have a great day!!!
What a haul of treasures. You live in one of the best locations for thrift shopping. My cousin and I love the other Good Stuff Thrift stores in Bucks County. Can’t wait to see tomorrows video.
Loved the painted berry bowl; so beautiful; and the painted teapot, cream & sugar with pink flowers so lovely. I saw the Royal Lace pink plate under the sandwich serving plate; I have several of the plates in clear which were my grandmothers.
WOW!!! Those big carnival looking bowls are here in Michigan too. My aunt gave me one many years ago from her thrifting days. And every time I see one I think of you. They must have been made by the millions and everyone must of had one. Saw one again today. They are in every thrift store.
Those Star Wars items came out the year the first movie came out. Those are a find. My 21 yr old daughter is a fan of the earlier movies. And Darth, especially.
Velvet inside the wooden box. Great haul. Jodi loves the green glowing glass. Hope you sell that last piece you showed with all the pink store you were at 😍 77 is when Star Wars came out. GREAT find Scott. 👍🏼 Hahahani love you knew what Rick Rolled was 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Oh how I love the pink glass 😍 it's so hard to find here. That wedding portrait is beautiful. Hurts my heart that there wasn't a family member who wanted it. Looking forward to seeing the haul 😊
The diamond-shaped tall bowl in pink - possibly an ice bucket as someone mentioned - was *the* most fragrant, aromatic, *ambrosial* pink pink I've ever seen! : ) I was happy and relieved to see it in your cart. (Would've liked to have seen the blackberry master bowl, too.) I am interested to hear more about the very green artwork with trees. Oh!! Guess what! I've had wanderlust for a couple months. I was recently researching a stoneware basket - just normal research - and was led through a rabbit hole to the discovery of a *juried* Virginia Highlands Festival. I was enthralled and couldn't shake the thought. (My birthday falls within the festival dates, so the wheels were turning). But, when I started watching and following all the vids from you four's channels, that sealed the deal - I'm going! I'm picking Appalachia! Solo. An Appalachian road trip. Arts, parks, and picking. VA,WV,NC,TN. Maybe stops in GA&AL en route. Anywho. I'm just very excited. And, I was undeniably influenced by you influencers in Kentucky : ) I may attempt to "vlog"(...gosh, I've *no* experience, but am inspired.) Btw, you don't do Instagram, do you -- I wish you did Instagram.
So glad to see that you took the pink pieces home - I saw several pieces I have never seen before (in the short time I have been following & learning from you since COVID lockdown days). I can't wait for Part 2 so I can learn all about them. So many terrific finds today! BTW it's my birthday on July 5 - spending it recuperating after my 2nd total knee replacement 2wks ago, so your video was a highlight of my day!

Your US Capitol box may be missing the statue of Freedom on top of the dome. Love the celadon lidded jars!
Yes, I wondered about that statue but I was able to find several examples of the same trinket box and I’m happy to say nothing is missing and it was cast exactly the way we see it today. I would imagine that it would’ve been too difficult to cast the statue on top of such a small capital replica.

The Darth Vader earrings were selling between 45.00-50.00. The stick pin was around 30.00. They might be worth even more, closer to Halloween time.
