    Ingredients:
    * 900g meat
    * 5-6 small potatoes, peeled
    * 1 cup onion, sliced
    * 1/2 cup oil
    * 4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    * 2 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
    * Fresh green Chilli
    Whole Spices:
    * 1/4 tsp cumin
    * 3-4 bay leaves
    * 6 cardamom pods
    * 2 cinnamon sticks
    * 5 cloves
    * 3-4 black peppercorns
    Ground Spices:
    * 1 tsp turmeric powder
    * 2 tsp red Chilli powder
    * 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
    * 1 tsp coriander powder
    * 1 tbsp garam masala
    Instructions:
    Preparation:
    1. Wash the meat thoroughly and drain it. Set it aside.
    2. Peel the small potatoes.
    Method:
    1. Heat oil in a deep-bottomed pan. Add the whole spices: cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves, black peppercorns, cumin, cloves, and onion slices. Fry them until they turn golden in colour.
    2. Add the ginger garlic paste to the pan and mix well.
    3. Add salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix all the spices well.
    4. Place the meat in the pan and fry until the oil separates from the meat.
    5. Add the peeled potatoes to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
    6. Add water to the pan, cover it, and cook until the meat becomes soft and tender.
    7. Once the meat is cooked, add fresh green chilli and roasted cumin powder. Cover and let it sit for 2 minutes on medium heat to enhance the aroma.

    8. Remove the pan from heat.
    9. Serve the meat curry with rice or roti.
