Your transition from switching between languages was so fluid, so cool.
Thank you so much! I hope I can continue to share many more videos in both languages :)

Please keep the japanese food blogs coming! They are very cute, and you make it look so easy. :) There is an Asian market down the road and I can't wait to try some of your dishes out! I buy Miso soup in a packet because I've never made it before but you made it look so simple and easy I shall try to make it myself! Thanks so much!
Kawaii to the max :) awesome!!!
可愛い♡
Wow so cute, yummy looking, and creative! Looks like healthy food too. Would def try it out, but will probably press the replay button a few times. :p
If you go to my blog fujisankei(dot)/melodee, I actually have a link where you can get it online :) Please check it out if you're interested!
Ahhh I'm so hungry now!!
Japan rice can be found in genmai, haigamai, hakumai, and mochigome. There are differences in color, nutrition, and taste/texture. Here, I just used hakumai (regular white rice), but I sometimes like to mix it with mochigome (mochi = rice cake) so it gets a more chewy texture :) It might be easier to mix so it won't fall apart as easily, too, when making onigiris!
Omg i love that tuna mayo thing
Great cooking video. I also love love all your beauty and dance videos!! :)
awesome tutorial!! :)
Moar food videos~!! Even if I can't eat it right now, seeing it on a video makes me so happy~ especially with the happy music..!! XD
Absolutely fascinating and so helpful! I have to get those face punches for the seaweed, what a clever idea. Thank you for sharing.
OMG!!! LOOOKS SOOOO DELICIOUS!!
I love that tip about pressing the rice onto the faces!
I always thought we had to pick them up with tweezers or chopsticks like RRcherrypie does haha
This is interesting and educational, thank you.
really love bento and onigiri
This is such an awesome video, thank you for sharing :) I just bought similar seaweed punches at Daiso recently, this video was perfect timing! Please make more bento videos :)
this made me so hungry
Omg, I found the site to get the seaweed stamps in USA! so happy!
this is really good! me and my kids will be migrating in japan...hopefully next year..and i really need to learn these stuffs...will be waiting for more of your bento video..specially character bentou...宜しくお願します。
So cute!! I would not put oily food in those types of container tho..
so cute..
omggg love this video!! ahh i want to make my own bento box now! hehehe
Kawaii thank you so much ;3
oh yeah did uadd any sugar or vinegar into the rice?
so cute >.< and this is random but I was wondering if you take any vitamins? and if you do, which ones do you recommend?
Don't worry, I'm not the best when it comes to crafty things but I was able to do it with no problem! :) To make it easier, you can also do the reverse where you cut out the smiley face and then take the seaweed paper that's left and wrap it around your rice ball like usual. The face will then appear on the surface of the white rice ball! :)
素晴らしいですね!🤘エプロンが凄い似合う。卵焼きも上手でしたよ、🤘🤘🤘
i love your videos! you should make more fun cultural videos like this :D
omg you're amazing.
Your voice is so cute! :)
Hi, mealldi I love your Chanel so much. Can you please do more cooking videos
You are AMAZING :) I LOVE JAPAN ♥
I have seen lots of kawaii bento, but so far, your onigiri is cutest! do you know of any stores where I could get some pickled plum?
Thank you very much! I put a lot of effort into my cooking videos, so I'm glad you enjoyed it.
so cutee! do you add anything to the tamago? i want to make it but i don't have a square/rectangle pan... how long would you cook it for too?
wooow you are a great cooker O-O i wish icould do that T^T thanks for your amazing videos ^^ you are so lovely :D
Thank you for the first comment :) Yes, that's true >< lol. Nope, I don't put any sugar or vinegar into the rice!
I love japanese food, especially sushi..I sometimes like to make sushi when I'm not busy. I have a question, what kind of rice do you use to make the rice balls? I might try this out one day :)
I know it's kind of late(for those of us that celebrate Valentines Day) but can you film a tutorial for generic Valentines Day/White Day chocolates?
This is so much more tricky than it looks!!! I had to do it three times to do it right!!! plus the rice kept sticking to me XD
Kawaii desu!!!>
Pls could you upload more of Japanese food cooking. Thank you.
You're videos are so helpful! And you're voice is so cute! Kawwaii!! >_
You are such a delicate lady, who knows how to treat yourself well!
Lol I would never eat my bento. I'd just stare at its cuteness.
i really like your videos! you seem so nice and friendly :) you have cute style, you know how to do pretty makeup and cook delicious food too ^_^ i wish we were sisters lol
you have such lovely hands *u*
Any type of rice will do or …?
SO CUTE except it's too cute to be eaten >
I always wanted to try making the rice balls what kinda of rice should you use though like is there a brand u should only use for rice balls? Just a heads up before someone answers I'm in Canada so I don't have the same kind of brand as some other places
U r so pretty
Wow, I'm so jealous of how great your Japanese is! Please tell us how you learned Japanese,so many of us are dying to just learn it but it's difficult. :)
More Japanese cooking videos pls :)
It may look hard, but it really isn't at all! At first, I thought I had to use toothpicks or something to put on the smiley faces, but all you need to do is press it on :) As long as you have fresh nori, it'll work out completely fine.
Good video
Do you know a certain kind of rice for this? sticky rice or regular rice?
Really? >< You can go to my blog page fujisankei(dot)/melodee and click on the photo! It will take you to the video page :) I hope you enjoy it!
Wow she's good but where can u get the materials
I normally would use white Short grain rice...long grain and even medium grain don't stick like you'd want your rice to stick, in order to make these onigiri. and she's right, the brand really doesn't matter, it's actually the grain size.
cute :3 ♥
that bento looks great^^ but i'll run late for work just to make one though :\
You u make onigiri with regular rice instead of sticky rice?
Nope! There's no particular "brand" that you should use just for rice balls or anything like that. You can use any kind of rice, but I personally like mixing regular white rice with mochi-gome (glutinous rice) so that it sticks together easier and it adds some chewiness like mochi! :)
Updated whats in my bag pleaaaaase
where do you get those seaweed stamps !!!! :)
i finally found someone who's japanese ^_^ and that speaks english and does cute tutorials! ^_^ hehehe > v
Do you know where I can get those japanese nori punches if I liven in uk?
hello, Melodee. I also live in Newyork. So Can you tell me where did you get the smily face stamps? which japanese supermarket?
*o* I want this so bad.
それはとてもおいしい見える! ^-^
Adorable! ^_^
i think i've seen it too
How do you make it so that the rice of the onigiri sticks so well? Whenever I make it, I would compact it into a triangle, but next thing I know it falls apart in a few minutes. :( I love watching your videos by the way.
More cooking videos!
can you list the name of the indegrents? sorry for asking, I just can't hear clearly what the name is, my English so bad :(
What rice is that
