What material measurements do you use for the smaller 2 bows?

this might sound really stupid but how to u tie it on the dog’s collar?
Not stupid at all❣ the elastic loops from the hair tie go around the collar. I put the loops on either side of the tags of my dog’s collar so that the weight of the tags keep the bow in front if his neck.
Lots of these videos does not make senses. If you are sewing from a machines, no one goes and use a hand needle to finish.
Sorry, Nicole, but I have been sewing over 50 years and finishing some things by hand with a needle and thread is not uncommon in my experience. I am sorry this notion does not make sense to you. Let me know if I should make a video on basic hand sewing. I will be happy to do that if it would be helpful! Diane :)
She was securing the snap to the material
