Pairi Daiza, Orang oetan Berani en de otters

In de bloementempel van Pairi Daiza ontstond er een mooie speelse vriendschap tussen orang oetan Berani en de Aziatische kleinklauwotters. We kijken mee naar één van hun avonturen.

Baby Orangutan in disguise , attempts escape from zoo thru a window, otters defeat baby's plans, baby drops disguise and goes back to playing. 🥰🤩😋😂🥰

BTW, that is not a blanket. That is a sarong. Although to be fair, in south-east Asia some people do use them as ad hoc blankets.

Cute how the otters are the ones setting the boundaries of a much larger species and keeping order in the enclosure and amuzing the orangutan at the same time

Ok. Who else thinks it's a good idea to set up a 24 hour, live camera. Crowd source some account to cover the costs. I'd set up $5 a month to have access to this.

I wouldn't trust otters. They belong to the weasel family. They can be nasty. I hope the otters are not with the Orangs. The otters might look at the smaller Orangs as food.

This is one combined exhibit without problems. Many European Zoo's have a combo for otters with apes.
