Scales was brilliant. When was the last time we had 3 CB of that quality where you could rotate and not be worried. I'd also have Bernardo, McCowan and McGregor v Aberdeen. Great strength and depth on the bench if needed. Great point about the 6 changes to starting 11 and it's exciting, really strong ATM, injuries will inevitably happen, we have depth now to overcome as and when players are out. Really pleased for Idah, was hoping he could have bagged a few goals to really drive confidence. Took his goal so well and worked hard for 90 mins. Great times, Santa will be getting a great reaction this year 😂🎅🏻 Big month ahead. HH 🍀🙌🏻💪🏻
Agree Hamish, I would start with the same midfield against Aberdeen. You've always got subs to come on. Have said from the start McCowan reminds me of Christie. Valle 👌. ☘️💚
Obviously performances matter but surely level of opponent has to factor in to it? Brugge at Home is a much tougher shift than Ross County at home. But having said that. I think McCowan & Bernardo have now earned the right to be tested away to Aberdeen.
What we learned is there is such a demand for places in the team that will keep everyone on the ball knowing if the performance drops there are a ready made replacement
Hail Hail Hamish 🍀🍀, if Brodge manages squad rotation quite as well as he did against County ,until Young Boys? We could be in for a special season . 😁
Luke McCowan.3 assists and a goal..an amazing performance.i trust BR to pick the team to especially when the depth of the squad is brilliant..whoever comes in seem to have plenty motivation to do well..HH🍀🍀🍀
Fingers crossed that St Johnstone can do the business today. Celtic did the job yesterday. Full pace from the start. Ross County couldn't get close enough to tackle in that first half. They were running around but Celtic kept the ball moving, always in control. In the second half Ross County defended well enough to stop us getting any rhythm going. Idah was making runs but it was too tight to get the ball into him second half. We should maybe have tried a few balls just lumped into him, by passing the crowded midfield.
There are no negatives at this point everyone is chapping at the bit, all fighting for minutes it makes me so proud that everyone gets what it means to be a Celtic player and ambassador for the most successful club on the planet 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
Celtic TV doesn’t have the 2nd half up. I guess I didn’t miss anything, but it still would have been nice to see. I’m in Thailand so I have to watch most games when I wake up in the morning:
We played more or less the same in the 2nd half but whereas everything we hit went in during the 1st half,. in the 2nd half we hit the woodwork three times and their GK actually made some saves.
Agreed mate. No shade on Engles, but the other 2 offer so much more, especially Bernardo. His work rate is incredible going forward and back. And I think McGowan is something special if I'm honest, what a footballer that bhoy is!
He should be playing as a 6 like he did in Germany. Not his fault he doesn't have the attacking ability of a McGregor who imo is totally wasted in big games playing holding midfield 🇮🇪
Engels is a good option later mc Cowan and Bernardo are a good option now against anyone Ralston is ready as always. Scales too. Cummings and Kenny looking good Ross county number 4 is an excellent player. Good rotation squad best ever at Celtic
Strange how ex sevco, Holt gave away a free kick just outside the box , and then lo and behold he comes up with an own goal,am just saying it looks strange.
What would you do with Engels? If we are performance based then yesterday's mid-field are miles better? He might come good once developed but isn't there yet.
Great result to see Macowan and Bernardo both brilliant . McCowan has energy that’s infectious and gives us something different . Hatate is under pressure but while he is good is so inconsistent and needs To be dropped as all The focus is on Engels Which is not fare . Hatate can leave anytime for me To i cosistant and has a desire to play at a higher level is He good enough or consistent enough Jury’s out plays great But so inconsistent And was one of our worst on Wednesday Hatate will attract 2 nd tier epl and will wake up and realise how lucky he was to play for Celtic and look back with huge regret He goes and macowan Takes his place And will be better mix (Just my opinion )
Hatate's stamina is the big issue for me. In most games, he's absolutely done by 55-60 min mark. Rodgers has been playing him longer this season than Ange ever did which I assume is an attempt to build up his stamina. But it's not really having the desired effect as far as I can tell. 60 mins of peak Hatate is still a hell of an asset to have mind you and if McCowan can really step it up then we might see the best of Hatate if his minutes on the pitch are limited slightly by the form of McCowan. I genuinely cannot see Hatate being able to handle the physical demands of the EPL if he ever got a move there.
Not sure if it was a wee bit of "Man management" from Rodgers but I thought that CCV would've been rested, given his injury record of late, but I think Rodgers maybe didn't want to leave him out on the back of an OG on Wednesday because it would lead to all sorts of speculation & internet gossip etc.... about CCV being dropped on the back of that mistake. 3 games in a week for CCV is a big ask ahead of the game in Zagreb So I wouldnt be surprised if Scales starts again on Wednesday with Trusty back in for CCV
I believe calmac should be playing as our 10. Means he has less defending to do and he can shoot more . He could be a goal a game player. Throw Engles there at cdm and let him take the ball from center backs and make a few tackles
Would start both mcowan and Bernardo they are the guys on form who look hungry so deserve the start. Hatate and Engles look a bit jaded at present a break will do them good.. if mcowan dosent get a start must think its down to transfer value. If he had been a big money buy he would definitely start. We have a good batch of midfielders rotation shouldn’t be a problem.
If we still have a decent sized gap at the top of the league after Zagreb/the cup final, with 6 weeks before the next European game and a lot of fixture congestion is that the time for a lot more rotation and potentially B team players in the squad?
There are no negatives at this point everyone is chapping at the bit, all fighting for minutes it makes me so proud that everyone gets what it means to be a Celtic player and ambassador for the most successful club on the planet 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

Scales, McCowan & Bernardo together was crazy a burst of energy.
The pitch was watered a lot. Pre game and just before the players came out. It was slick and smooth. No damaged areas or lumps.
Brilliant from The great southern land Hamish 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
What we learned is there is such a demand for places in the team that will keep everyone on the ball knowing if the performance drops there are a ready made replacement
6 changes and 4 of them get on the scoresheet 💚

Just want to say how happy I am that Hamish has his own channel!
Fingers crossed that St Johnstone can do the business today.

Celtic can't have more than 11 good players without complaining who starts. They all will have their parts to play HH

For me and I mean me, Arne Engels offers very little compared to Paulo Bernardo or Luke McCowan. Love the show!

A shite player who plays shite?
Probably the least strange thing imaginable.
Cameron at Dundee is a good player.
What would you do with Engels? If we are performance based then yesterday's mid-field are miles better? He might come good once developed but isn't there yet.
The team for Wednesday should be, Johnston Trusty Scales Valle, Bernardo Mcgregor Mccowan, Khun kyogo maeda
McCowan technically is like Armstrong too me
Great result to see
Macowan and Bernardo both brilliant .

But so inconsistent

Hamish do you never listen to our manager, in his press conferences, they are all starting players
It’s the 5-0!
Would start both mcowan and Bernardo they are the guys on form who look hungry so deserve the start. Same midfield for dons match
Telling everyone to calm down about Engles criticism last week now wanting him dropped 😂
What do mean mccowan wants to be part of the team he is part of the team rodgers told US theres 15,16 first team players and there all happy
Nothing wrong with Laidlaw! Chickened out of the second half!!
If we still have a decent sized gap at the top of the league after Zagreb/the cup final, with 6 weeks before the next European game and a lot of fixture congestion is that the time for a lot more rotation and potentially B team players in the squad?
Let's get behind engles 🍀
Let’s get behind Celtic, whoever the Manager decides to play!
Hamish why did he leave 67 and then go to Celtic am because you'll let you know what they are not doing no work
was all explained in the first video m8
