Very cool to see you taking coaching from other styles. Boxers' movement and weight transfer is phenomenal, learned a huge amount from training boxing fundamentals after a knee injury caused by my bad weight transfer in sparring. Really do believe that soaking up knowledge and techniques from all sources and styles is invaluable, have gained a great deal watching channels such as yours with that aim, and training with guys and girls from different styles. Thanks again!
Thank you for these videos with Chatchai - they're so dense with information. It's got me bouncing on my toes in front of my computer right now. Also, the scar on the bridge of your nose looks suuuper badass. Keep up the good work!
wish i found this and learnt about sasakul gym when i was in bangkok and actively looking for a western boxing gym to train at. Definitely will go there on my next trip
would rope jumping -skipping help this? Its like the boxer step in skipping your always using your calves because your on the balls of feet and toes namely no heel striking involved

Yes! And seemingly effortless too, I think all those things must be linked. I need to work on all of those things haha.
