ingredients :-
1/2 kg chicken
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 lemon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili power
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
black pepper
2 onions
2 tomato paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/4 cup yogurt
1/3 cup fresh cream or milk cream
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
cumin powder
2 eggs + 1/4 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
4 green cardamom
5-6 black pepper corn
1 inch cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp coriander powder
18-20 broken cashews
3-4 pieces dry coconut
1 handful coriander leaves
3-4 green chilies
1/2 cup oil
