I mean we just saw Darrelle Revis get his gold jacket today and thank Coach Prime during his speech. These boys were being coached by someone who was getting praised by a hall of fame inductee at the exact same time. It's crazy how blessed these young ones are. I'm praying they make the most of it

Cormani has to get cerebral. He’s got to let his mental to catch up with his physical abilities. The better players at this stage excel mentally. A lot of people who’ve never played at a high level won’t understand that. You have to get cerebral to excel. Everybody is physically gifted at this level. Also the coach shouldn’t have to tell you multiple times to do something. It just means he’s overthinking! A lot of people would mistakenly assume he’s slow mentally not understanding it’s actually the opposite! His brain is moving to fast and trying to process to many things at once. He will get it eventually, I know he will.

At that height he got balance issues he going to get murdered by comebacks and dig routes.alot them have talent but , travis so far is the only one i seen with special feet. When Coach went to CU that's what I figured was going to happen. He's going to get a lot of raw talent, through new freshmen, the portal, etc. but it'll take time (a couple years) to truly build Coach's team, get his recruits in, etc.

I’m just sad that the surgeries have limited Prime to telling instead of also showing. Still, I wish I were young enough to learn and hone my craft from watching videos like this.
I love this video. I don’t think anyone’s fatigued or anything like that. When you solely work on your technique, it will look slow/ unpolished. However, once the figure it out, and put their personality in it, then you will see them thrive.

You can just feel that Coach Prime has an infinite amount of knowledge but he is teaching at a level they can process understand and can take in I hope these boys take all of what they learned, go home and practice for HOURS outside of the scheduled time In my craft i would get the tape, get a mirror, work the reps in 3minute on 1 minute breaks like a boxer, for 15 rounds (45mins straight of relentless reps) - aim to technically perfect perfect perfect every rep. Very soon I was making no mistakes, but all that does is open up the next level to work on. There's always another level, but you can't get there or even know what that looks like unless you master the first one

Taller dbs are good for height but that back pedal staying low and twisting those hips is hard for taller dbs. They almost look awkward.

This helps even more, it helps you get into a WR especially in the press. Training not feeling awkward as a Taller DB will help tremendously

Cormani looks way too mechanical. Needs to stop thinking & start moving with a purpose. Footwork & arm movements looked horrible. But that was 2 weeks ago. Sure he’s budding by now.

I know there are a lot of great DB coaches out there, but how could anyone turn learning from the GOAT? Life does not present us with those opportunities very often if at all.
Coach don’t really like what he’s seeing, but he knows how sensitive they are, and have to keep their confidence up! He’s just trying not to break the spirit, which is so easy to do nowadays

You’re only seeing what they want you to see. Don’t make any assumptions good or bad based on these videos. That’s what they want people watching to do
I’m just sad that the surgeries have limited Prime to telling instead of also showing. Still, I wish I were young enough to learn and hone my craft from watching videos like this.
It is kinda sad to see him hobbling around like that but it could always be worse. I'm sure he's happy to be passing on his knowledge and skills.

I love this video. I don’t think anyone’s fatigued or anything like that. When you solely work on your technique, it will look slow/ unpolished. However, once the figure it out, and put their personality in it, then you will see them thrive.

These boys looked so much better after this session that next practice against the 1s they had multiple PBU’s and turnovers! To get it first hand from the goat is priceless ya just can’t compete with that.

That’s great content you posted!! Freshman Stoutmire, MCLain and those other 2 guys are the future-getting good instruction! Just get through this season and 2024 should be the year Colorado make a move! Getting to a bowl game this year isn’t out of reach.

Football isn't even my number 1 sport and I wish I could be out there doing that training and learn from a Legend like Coach Prime!
You can just feel that Coach Prime has an infinite amount of knowledge but he is teaching at a level they can process understand and can take in

In my craft i would get the tape, get a mirror, work the reps in 3minute on 1 minute breaks like a boxer, for 15 rounds (45mins straight of relentless reps) - aim to technically perfect perfect perfect every rep. Very soon I was making no mistakes, but all that does is open up the next level to work on.
There's always another level, but you can't get there or even know what that looks like unless you master the first one
