I agree. Stay out of cars, keep to the fringes on initial map drop in, and always have 2 routes of escape. I try to time my exfils so they are right as radiation overtakes a sight or grind out a personal exfil. Season 4 is rough for solo play, GGs.
No I don't really use his settings for DMZ as they are very good for Warzone and specifically only hearing footsteps but for me I wanted something which still gave me good foostep audio queues which the loudness EQ does but I prefer my own settings I done with a different plugin which is a really good compressor and helps a lot in terms of reducing gunshot sounds and other loud sounds a lot, which means being able to hear foosteps louder etc
@@Simon_Hawkshaw In this video I show this :-) Its basically the compressor I use, along with the no surround sound as I don't personally like it with Loudness EQ.
Thanks so much Sin, was looking forward to this one :) I still have mine setup according to your older pc sound video (I imported the settings specific for my turtle beach stealth 700 headset). It sounds like the only difference is enabling the enhancements tab through the powershell command. Will give that a go for sure.
Sometimes I struggle to hear footsteps but I had a team of three at Port when I went over there I was at the heli pad towards the back of the ship and a team started firing at me I of course returned fire two snipers then I hears some water and the sound of footsteps on a ladder so I flick over and take out the lad who was trying to flank me we ended up squadding up to exfil and what not
thank you for the tutorial! i noticed at the footstep sounds are prominent, but gunshot effects are muted. what can i change to adjust it? thanks again!

Solo is hard imo, but the rewards are bigger as well. Go in with a plan,is my best advice as a solo. Well play.

Should not be mute, just a lot more quite which is what I am for
to clarify, it’s not completely muted but too quiet now. anyway to dial up gunshot effects only?
How do you do push to talk do you set it with your controller extra buttons?
