Spot on with the “no excuses” thing. I play the same way. Only thing I get pissed about is the teammate that stands over you, waits for you to bleed out, robs you, then picks you up and acts like nothing happened…
I rather have them rob me and revive then leave me since I'll retain all my perks and weapon unlocks for the next round instead of starting all over again. So please YES kill and rob me but at least REVIVE me after. Don't be a dick. lol
I have the exact same feeling about player complaining when they die. This game does not have a ranking system so people don't know if they are bad or not. Just like any other game skill is acquired through learning from mistakes.
I used to be the guy raging whenever I got killed, but I made a conscious effort to stop that - and now when I lose I make sure to drop a 'GG' on coms to the team who killed me; you won't believe the amount of times I've been offered a rez if I plead because of it. They'd always sound so apologetic when you tell them you're a solo and couldn't, so I'm glad that's now a thing we can do.
Great video! I play solo, and it does get incredibly frustrating sometimes. Two things that should have never been greenlighted for DMZ - hunt squad and six men squads. I always get the hunt squad notification when I open two safes, and then my game is ruined. Don't think I have to say anything about six men squads. Your videos do cheer me up and let me take a deep breath. 😀
Heya Bro this is just based on my observation but most of the time I play solo, so I believe the way this works is the total value of your items, so more money, means more chances of being a target of a hunt squad contract, also the prompt you get when you pick up a hunt squad contract is either "Operators have valuable loot in this location" or "These operators have engaged other operators in the area" or something like that, so yeah, having lots of money means you have a higher chance of getting hunted, theoretically. So I only keep just enough and not really build too much money unless it's late game and I know I can buy a personal exfil, or just escape from the Oasis entrance of Koschei.
I’ve been playing since January and never played DMZ and I must say idk wtf I’ve been doing this mode is so fun. By far my favorite. This was very helpful thank you!!!!!
The solo plea for help is the best thing that's happened to this game so far for me. It has saved so many runs, and saved my former opponents a bunch too.
I really appreciate how your Master Solo tutorial's have evolved just as DMZ has. I just wish I could pick up the lay of the land faster instead of having to relay on looking things up. Something key for me that you mentioned was having clear objectives in mind. All in all your videos have helped tremendously!
Great concept! It's like a solo players guild. Yall are alone but togethor epic! I hope this play style can gain traction. I'd like nothing more than to play on a team that leaves me alone but can also help out in a pinch if i really need it and likewise🔥🔥
YOU made it look so damn easy when doing the window trick, but these tips and tricks really helped me out so much now. SInister and Loochy are the way to go for that game type.
This method is genius . Because every time i join a squad i never end up doing what i went in for. But just having other solos around the map giving you intel on whats going on around the map while you stay on mission is clutch 💪🏼💪🏼

Got to say I've learnt more about gaming PvP from you and maybe a couple of others the most. Never really been a PvP player until recently. Totally agree that most of my deaths are on my shoulders, at first it was running in head on, now it mainly down to my positioning, not rotating well and just being to Ai focused that i get wiped from behind. It's now my lack of attention to surroundings and map movement that i am working on. I've still under 100 hours of DMZ play so i am very new, prefer Solo but sometimes team up with a couple of mates who don't like Solo running. Had a great game yesterday putting a lot of what you talk about into action, my team was killed apart from me and i managed to outplay and out position by taking my time and kill all 4 in the other team myself and get the revive. Although sometimes i am outplayed by a great player and others like yesterday was just unlucky. Got team wiped jumping into a exfil chopper by an LTV team (they ran us over in the LTV), none of us heard them or saw them coming and we all had medic vests oddly as we dropped in with Comms and Stealth vests. We were all mid jump in playback, saw the funny side as did the other team.
Love the video man! I run the same guns, and I also love the M13B too. Currently using the ISO/TAQ56 because I have them as 15 minute cooldown insured guns, but I often use the FTAC Siege and M13B. MCPR is my go-to sniper, always has been. The Victus has a little more range I think, but it's way slower and you get an extra 5 rounds per mag with the MCPR. Love it, good stuff guy.
You are my kind of streamer, I usually hate most streamers because of there attitude. As with you pal there's no airs and graces you tell us your mission what your going to do in a way where you glean great bits of information from every DMZ you do. It's already made my skill better, love the vids, av tried to watch all the so called best streamers, not much of a fan they tend to stick together in games and don't pander to the "noobs" but they forget the viewers, and kinda do there own thing. Everyone started somewhere, but your content is geared towards helping the solo player as they are the ones that need it. People in 6 man team tend to be plonkers is the softest term I could. But you no what there like, look am at level 368 so I know how hard the game is. Love the content.
I thourouly enjoyed your video here and commend you on your most honorable gamemanship. Killing other operators is just part of the game, like it or not, but you will at least revive those who plea, which is fair. Cheers!

Ive been at spawn above the quarry. Had a 6 man rush me and my friend. Wiped him i took of and rounded back to get him. We run duos. No squad fill. Alot of players are really aggressive this season.
I dont play dmz as much now, but i always play solo. I actually forgot about the solo revive thing. I had a couple of matches a few nights ago. Saw this player fighting bots, so i headed in other direction. I try to avoid pvp as iam not good at it and usually end up losing. So ive gotten really good at avoiding players. I ran into some bots and they shredded my 3 plate stealth vest in seconds. 2 shotty blasts can can take 2 shards of armour. Iam waiting for another, we accidently buffed the bots, message from the devs anytime soon. I got in cover to plate up and heard the bots still firing. I peeked over the concrete barrier i was crouched behind and that same player was engaged with the bots. He hadnt seen me! Knowing my history with pvp, i killed him and started on my way. Then he pleaded, so i went back, revived him. I let him keep his stuff as i was fully equipped. We headed to a hostage rescue. But on the way i was finding armour plates for him, a self revive and dropped him a gold skull. Cant believe how fast 2 players can do a hostage grab, it was done in seconds and we were away! I sent him a fr and he accepted. First time ive teamed up with another player in months!
Great gameplay advice. I’m always learning something new from your videos. I’m curious to give the m13b a try and see how it feels. I been running the taq-56 and Hemlock as my sniper support and they still perform okay after the nerfs but maybe the m13b is they way to go now. How do you like the new Ftac seige ? I’ve been using that also and it’s pretty good just goes through a lot of ammo like a sub so I kinda prefer an assault or battle rifle as my support weapon. But still testing weapons to find what feels best after the patch.
I've been using the m13 for a little while now and it feels way better for DMZ than the hemlock or the taq ( and I've used both plenty because of the 15 min blueprints recently ). I only resort to those usually when my first slot is on cool down and my contraband m13s are used up
@@jameshall1300 yeah that was the main reason I was using the Taq and hemlock because I got the bundles with 15 min cooldown. I will dust off the m13b.
This is how i regain now, i just loot a radiation blocker or two and head in. I know you were making the video, but the guy you killed had a large bag that could have saved you the sniper.
Eh Sin that first solo you picked up sounded like Devo 😂. Great vid as always mate I think the new updates are mostly good for us solos so definitely gonna play solo more often when I play dmz .
You normally die due to dad eyes or being Mr Dopey Bollocks. I do agree that the most valuable lesson I can learn is why did I die, normally it's because I wasn't more aware of my surroundings and more practice needed in PVP. But your videos are certainly enlightening me and learning a great deal. Certainly don't blame the game, I was just beaten by a better player.
I am new to DMZ, one day I spent 5 hours killing the chemist thinking that I could unlock his weapon blueprint, then I looked it up, it apparently is a premium thing through the crown quests just as you said. xD Would still be cooler if you got it from the chemist.
What's more likely to happen, in my experience, is that they join another team and come after you or they weren't solo and tells their buddies exactly where you're at.
Sin thx to U and markus. im getting better at playing DMZ solo as you say pick your fights. as you said own your f#@k up/deaths learn from them. knowing where people spawn in key. its a game not real life as many think.
Awesome content as usual! W/O UAV how do I tell if they are solo? I've killed many and they plea so i go pick em up only to get wasted by their teammate. I still like reviving folks I've downed unless they get ugly on the chat. I know DMZ can be toxic but I like to see things "glass half full" because I've run across some really cool players. I get killed I just say gg and look to regain!
Great content fam. Giving valuable info as always and you're right...When you die, sometimes it's unavoidable but dont blame the game...There is always something you could have done differently. However, just learn from it and it's on to the next deployment. Cheers mate. Stay great
@@forgottenone9879 Still things you maybe able to do, but if you listened I did say there will be things you can't avoid. This could be one of them if you don't have things at your disposal. But there are things even then you can try and do instead of just giving up. If a car is nearby, grab it and drive away, if your in the city or a place you can parachute away, then do so. There are things you maybe able to do but sure that won't be your fault if you die if there was nothing you can do.
Great video! I have been making a more conscious effort to neutralize the chemist during my runs and it has definitely paid off, m13b for the win :) There are some instances though where I struggle, he has so many guards! And a few times people have swooped in and stolen his loot drops before I manage to get there :/ But a great suggestion nonetheless!
I just started playing... last night i had a pretty good stock of stuff i was gonna exfil with - showed up at a pickup location right as someone elee was boarding Figured id hitch a ride with them... nope they killed my ass as i ran in the chopper lol

Same here. I literally get hunted every game now, which means I die a lot. I am working on a few strategies, but sometimes I get the notification five seconds before a six men squad roll up on me. It's basically a free kill for garbage players.
What do u have your sensitivty on.cause every time u aim you are at headshot level.allready.everytime i aim down sites from a run position or stand still im aiiming at the body and usually will die.
I like that solos can plead but not the new trend where bad players squad up , i know they change the joining up thing in menu but its even worse now where ppl immediately squad up as soon as they see other ppl and end up ruining the game for others. As you can’t squad up more than 3 in menu keep it that way ingame aswell
i make excuses as a way to push my self more. like “gosh dangit i died to bots how couldni have done that…” but im also a c**t when i need to. but mainly when their c**ts towards me and my team.
I have been seeing so much exfil farming. I play solo, I plead, 2 teams said yes and 2 teams kicked me and killed me at exfil and just abused me by reviving then killing immediately.. I wish more teams, especially duos would just be a little less toxic and a lot more like you. Still it is just pixels on a screen, not really important. I love your tricks and tips but some are so far advanced I get a little confused as I just started in season 3, level 41 (lol). I can say with 100% surety YOU are the reason I play DMZ and try to improve as a solo every day. I have gone from 0 exfil to 4 in 5 days but have no weapons good enough for trying to take out the chemist or similar.
someone had the weapon case and was running up the hill so I swooped down in my heli and asked if he was cool and wanted a ride. he stopped running and walked over to me as I landed I sent a couple invites but wasn't seeing any accepts then he starts shooting me so I started blasting with my ftac pistol and dropped him then verbally berated him as I flew away to safety
I gotta tell you man, after getting wiped by a squad that were spamming they were friendly yesterday...i will ALWAYS take the sinister approach and shoot first, ask questions later! I had that team dead to rights and like an idiot i listened to them, then they killed our 2 man team. NEVER again! Its people like them that make everyone hostile!
try and fail to join a squad way way way more often than succeed.. probably.. 5 or 6 to 1 ratio.. and mostly other solos who kill me.. even when i could have easily killed them, i send a request,, and boom. die... so yea.. i'm done, if someone else reaches out, fine,,..
That first event camo u can unlock that has roses and reactive that is being used this game doesn't glow or have any reaction when I use it for some reason. Anyone else notice that on PS5
I was trying to find a game to help me ease my mind with everything that's going on in my life and it was fun meeting some new people but unfortunately I'm just over DMZ 4 hours and a half nothing left
You don't need the comms vest for the overlord to tell you there is a large squad in the area. Even with no vest at all it will still alert you to 4, 5 and 6 man squads.
For me it doesn’t work to plead for help when i died as a solo against players, the game ends instantly after the kill cam. I‘m trying it all the time in the last 5 days it doesnt work (i am on ps5)

@@SiNisterFPS yeah figured out it was just connection. To my eyes it looked like the sniper shot went waaay up to the buildings wall but still hit the enemy.
Because that I what I want to do, that is my rules I play by, help solo players who plea, kill teams because at the end of the day I don't really trust anyone. At least if I pick up a solo player and leave him too it, doesn't bother me if he then decides to join another team in the game. I still get that intel that he did and where he was
There's plenty of times you cannot avoid players like being instantly sniped when you spawn. Then there the whole squad hunts you and your spawn is on the edge of the water no boats or jet skis only thing you can do is swim out deep then either die to sniper fire or try to fight your way out or drown in deep water as long as they don't get the kill or your loot Aa they would drown trying to loot you. No excuse just sometimes it's unavoidable You own nothing in this game so you personally lose nothing. Remember that and didn't get angry Just better luck next time. I helped a new player whom could hardly speak English get a good gun and gave him a comms vest last night, He saved me later on From a squad camping exfil, he drove through in a jeep pushing my downed body away to revive good karma was repaid we exfilled elsewhere, The exfils on the high way are a big camping spot so I try to avoid them died to many times there

T9 is awesome though apparently had a nerf today, so have to see what it feels like later on taq and hemlock is still awesome too
I've been using the m13 for a little while now and it feels way better for DMZ than the hemlock or the taq ( and I've used both plenty because of the 15 min blueprints recently ). I only resort to those usually when my first slot is on cool down and my contraband m13s are used up
@@jameshall1300 yeah that was the main reason I was using the Taq and hemlock because I got the bundles with 15 min cooldown. I will dust off the m13b.
This is how i regain now, i just loot a radiation blocker or two and head in. I know you were making the video, but the guy you killed had a large bag that could have saved you the sniper.

You normally die due to dad eyes or being Mr Dopey Bollocks. I do agree that the most valuable lesson I can learn is why did I die, normally it's because I wasn't more aware of my surroundings and more practice needed in PVP. But your videos are certainly enlightening me and learning a great deal. Certainly don't blame the game, I was just beaten by a better player.

I am new to DMZ, one day I spent 5 hours killing the chemist thinking that I could unlock his weapon blueprint, then I looked it up, it apparently is a premium thing through the crown quests just as you said. xD
Would still be cooler if you got it from the chemist.
What's more likely to happen, in my experience, is that they join another team and come after you or they weren't solo and tells their buddies exactly where you're at.

Awesome content as usual! W/O UAV how do I tell if they are solo? I've killed many and they plea so i go pick em up only to get wasted by their teammate. I still like reviving folks I've downed unless they get ugly on the chat. I know DMZ can be toxic but I like to see things "glass half full" because I've run across some really cool players. I get killed I just say gg and look to regain!

@@forgottenone9879 Still things you maybe able to do, but if you listened I did say there will be things you can't avoid. This could be one of them if you don't have things at your disposal. But there are things even then you can try and do instead of just giving up. If a car is nearby, grab it and drive away, if your in the city or a place you can parachute away, then do so. There are things you maybe able to do but sure that won't be your fault if you die if there was nothing you can do.
Great video! I have been making a more conscious effort to neutralize the chemist during my runs and it has definitely paid off, m13b for the win :) There are some instances though where I struggle, he has so many guards! And a few times people have swooped in and stolen his loot drops before I manage to get there :/ But a great suggestion nonetheless!

The notification for big teams is for everyone, not just those with comms vests.

Same here. I literally get hunted every game now, which means I die a lot. I am working on a few strategies, but sometimes I get the notification five seconds before a six men squad roll up on me. It's basically a free kill for garbage players.

I like that solos can plead but not the new trend where bad players squad up , i know they change the joining up thing in menu but its even worse now where ppl immediately squad up as soon as they see other ppl and end up ruining the game for others. As you can’t squad up more than 3 in menu keep it that way ingame aswell
i make excuses as a way to push my self more. like “gosh dangit i died to bots how couldni have done that…” but im also a c**t when i need to. but mainly when their c**ts towards me and my team.
I have been seeing so much exfil farming. I play solo, I plead, 2 teams said yes and 2 teams kicked me and killed me at exfil and just abused me by reviving then killing immediately.. I wish more teams, especially duos would just be a little less toxic and a lot more like you.
Still it is just pixels on a screen, not really important.
I love your tricks and tips but some are so far advanced I get a little confused as I just started in season 3, level 41 (lol).
I can say with 100% surety YOU are the reason I play DMZ and try to improve as a solo every day. I have gone from 0 exfil to 4 in 5 days but have no weapons good enough for trying to take out the chemist or similar.
Wait solos can plea now? this may help considering my teammates 99% of the time exfil without me >:(
someone had the weapon case and was running up the hill so I swooped down in my heli and asked if he was cool and wanted a ride.

I sent a couple invites but wasn't seeing any accepts

I gotta tell you man, after getting wiped by a squad that were spamming they were friendly yesterday...i will ALWAYS take the sinister approach and shoot first, ask questions later! I had that team dead to rights and like an idiot i listened to them, then they killed our 2 man team. NEVER again! Its people like them that make everyone hostile!

try and fail to join a squad way way way more often than succeed.. probably.. 5 or 6 to 1 ratio.. and mostly other solos who kill me.. even when i could have easily killed them, i send a request,, and boom. die...
so yea.. i'm done, if someone else reaches out, fine,,..
One problem with being friendly is language bariers and no sound people or that one person on there team that kills you anyway

You don't need the comms vest for the overlord to tell you there is a large squad in the area. Even with no vest at all it will still alert you to 4, 5 and 6 man squads.

For me it doesn’t work to plead for help when i died as a solo against players, the game ends instantly after the kill cam. I‘m trying it all the time in the last 5 days it doesnt work (i am on ps5)

Because that I what I want to do, that is my rules I play by, help solo players who plea, kill teams because at the end of the day I don't really trust anyone. At least if I pick up a solo player and leave him too it, doesn't bother me if he then decides to join another team in the game. I still get that intel that he did and where he was

There's plenty of times you cannot avoid players like being instantly sniped when you spawn. Then there the whole squad hunts you and your spawn is on the edge of the water no boats or jet skis only
thing you can do is swim out deep then either die to sniper fire or try to fight your way out or drown in deep water as long as they don't get the kill
or your loot
Aa they would drown trying to loot you.
No excuse just sometimes it's unavoidable
You own nothing in this game so you personally lose nothing. Remember that and didn't get angry

I helped a new player whom could hardly speak English get a good gun and gave him a comms vest last night,
He saved me later on
From a squad camping exfil, he drove through in a jeep pushing my downed body away to revive good karma was repaid we exfilled elsewhere,
The exfils on the high way are a big camping spot so I try to avoid them died to many times there

And definitely love your outlook on how not to make excuses, reflect on why one dies in game, and apply that knowledge next round.
