Great video! We vistes Houston yhis past weekend and it was great. We also went to this community and it was very pretty. The lazy river/pool combo was not as big as it seemed in the pics but freta place.

This community is terrible. As an example, look at their HOA service and how much they charge for the service they provide!

The price for the HOA is on par if not lower than most communities of this caliber. Multiple amenity centers and pocket parks. Why don’t you like it?

@@aaronlathan we residents submitted number of complaints to their HOA over the last one year. None of our complaints got resolved. This includes their terrible mowing service for which we pay about $850 a year, residents have no other choice other than paying this much for horrible service. Their voting criteria includes the homes which are not built yet and those votes are counted towards in favor of HOA. They provide no details/schedule of services they provide to residents for which they are charging. You need permission and for that you have to pay even if u want a non-structural change/addition in your lawn. There are separate rules for townhomes and single family homes. And so on !!

@sahilbajaj9112 sorry you’re having that experience. That’s not super uncommon from most new communities though. Kind of the trade off of being part of a community like that.

@@aaronlathanhow are the insects with all those "bug traps " . I mean lakes. The Homes looks beautiful but just wondering about the quality of the environment where bugs and heat are my concerned. I love sitting outdoors in the summer listen to birds watch butterflies. I don't see any gardens in these neighborhoods with beautiful flowers in Tx

@@eileenwatt8283 not any more than the normal critters you'd see in the south despite having all of the lakes. Biggest nuisance we've had since moving here are the mosquitos. The county sprays pretty frequently though.
