I'm currently building an old kawi. It's a klf300c with a 2.5 inch lift and 27 inch itps and it has just under 14" up front. Solid rear axle only has 9 inches . The older bikes lacked the IRS but when I build an axle paddle life will change. Keep up the good content.
That honda's gonna need some demon hd axles for the rear real soon. They will take the extra angle from the lift, the stock axles are bound up with any more than 1 inch lift. If you dont believe me jack the honda up and spin the rear wheels by hand, the tires will hop up and down while you spin em as the stock axle doesnt flex far enough for the lift. Been there done that, my 2 inch lift for my rubicon is hanging on the garage wall, I'll put it back on at some point if I do axles too.
I finally upgraded my old Honda for a 2021 Honda rubicon 520 gave my old one to my cuzing siting stock is all I need well get a lift for it later down the road keep up the good videos
the ruby looks killer I always run it in low in mud and snow definitely makes a big difference has Jake had any problem with axles from the lift a lot of people say don't do the lift but damn I'm liking it think I might do the same great video Job 🤟🍻

I'm no Honda fan, but sometimes having less power makes it more fun due to the challenge. Sometimes it's more fun on my 700 AC trailachine going through mud than it is on my High Lifter. Almost like there is more of an accomplishment feeling.
@@ehTV1000 ya know, your KQ is what originally brought me here because I had a 2018 750. Great ATV, I would recommend one to anyone. And the 2019 updates and 2021 plastic racks were great additions. I'd still have it but I was offered $800 less than I paid for a trade in. It had 5509 kms.

Down this way ya can't find anything in stock. A take what ya can get type of deal. Lucky Jake grabbed this Honda when choice was an option.

Gr kits for the hondas are so simple, I put a 40% primary in my rancher from reduction boss on facebook handles my 28" Aztex no problem
I got 28 zillas on a 420 no gr handles them with ease but it’s an sra with foot shift

Lifting the rear and checking clearance is nowhere near actual or reliable lol. As soon you as start rolling the bike will settle. 😆
With proper preload adjustment that doesn't happen.
