S-50E with Lugged Infeed and Shuttleworth Conveyor

Our S-50E has completely automatic change over between sizes. Just scan the next bar code and the machines 7 extra servo motors get ready for the next size:
-Both Infeed Guides (Lugged Infeed in this Video)
-Film Carriage Position
-Spacing Conveyor Width
-Inverting Head Height
-Side Seal Height
-Cross Seal Opening
Additionally the tunnel settings are also automatically adjusted.
In this video it also has an extra servo motor for the adjustment of the product pressing pad in the 90 degree infeed. The 90 degree infeed is used to connect with the customers production line to allow for a fully integrated solution.
