V-50+T-63H High Speed Continuous Motion Vertical Cross Seal

The new Advantage Machinery V-50 from Garrido USA is finally here. It is our "Vertical" version of our continuous motion machines. It comes standard with a 6' infeed conveyor that feeds the product into the spacing conveyor which automatically creates or maintains the gaps between the packages. The product then goes onto the film and through the top seal conveyor where the top of the bag is sealed and trimmed. We use the popular seal section that is on our side seal for the S-50 which has a proven track record. After the product is top sealed it passes through the box motion vertical cross seal. This area has closing conveyor to maintain stability on small products. The V-50 is powered by 6 servo motors to ensure production efficiency and stability. We pair it with our tall T-63H tunnel that has a new lay flat stainless steel conveyor belt, which helps maintain the product from tipping over in the tunnel.
Many infeed options are available such as screw and flight bar infeeds. New versions of the V-50 are being worked on as well, which will focus on smaller products such as multipacks of mini liquor bottles.
